Great insoles. Cushioned with silicone that's why not the lightest but super comfy. Need frequent washing.

Very easy to cut to size and has a very nice cushion and supports the heel very well. For its price point it is great quality and is very durable.

Way too large
These are extremely wide and require an absurd amount of cutting to get them to fit. Even then they are so thick they shrink the insides of your shoes. They are comfy under you feet but just too thick.

Don't buy
Absolutely awful insoles. You have to cut them yourself and even then they are not a good fit. The whole thing is just way too wide. By the time you have finished they look like a bad arts and crafts job. Then when you put your foot in the shoes the insoles are so thick they push your foot uncomfortably to the top of the shoe. I have balance problems and like to look after my feet and the whole thing threw me off and affected my walking. So much hassle for little quality. Straight it the bin.
