I bought these pants for my cousin, and this is what he said: He finds them comfortable, lightweight, and durable. The fit is great, and he likes the practical pockets for everyday use. He also mentioned they hold up well during outdoor activities and are easy to wash. Overall, heโs impressed with the quality and functionality.

The Ultimate Hybrid for Field & Office Work
Iโve been using these for my work as a security officer, which involves a constant mix of outdoor patrols and indoor office time. It is rare to find gear that can handle both environments without looking out of place or wearing down, but these pants are exceptional.Built for the FieldThe durability is where these really shine. Despite being worn constantly for outdoor security tasks, I havenโt seen a single tear, rip, or loose thread. The ripstop fabric is incredibly ruggedโIโve put them through the ringer and they still look brand new. The water resistance is also a lifesaver for outdoor shifts in unpredictable weather.Professional for the OfficeTransitioning to an office setting is seamless. Even in the "Mag Pocket Black," they maintain a clean, professional look. One of the most impressive things is that there has been zero color fading; they stay a deep, crisp black wash after wash, which is essential for maintaining a professional uniform appearance.All-Day ComfortBecause my job keeps me on my feet and moving between different environments, comfort is non-negotiable. These are lightweight and extremely comfortable for long shifts. They offer great mobility without feeling baggy or overly "tactical" in a way that feels bulky indoors. The Bottom LineWhether Iโm doing a perimeter check outdoors or sitting at a desk, these pants perform perfectly. They are reliable, professional-grade, and built to last. I highly recommend them for anyone in security or public safety who needs a versatile workhorse.

Great medium to heavy duty work pants.
Fit was great for me. I got 34w 30l, my normal size for jeans, and fit was true to size. Material is sturdy and stitching feels good. These are more medium to heavy duty weight and will hold up well for tough tasks, but not as lightweight as others for lighter tasks. I got some Hiwise tactical cargo pants that are lighter weight for lighter duty, but these will be the go-to pants for anything that needs some more strength in the fabric and stitching. Pockets are well placed and convenient. Love them

Well made, lower cost tactical pants (compared to 5.11 Stryke pants).
Ive been wearing 5.11 Stryke pants at work but wanted something affordable on OCP for field use. I ordered a pair of CQR tactical pants to try out. I wear 38/32 and these pants fit perfectly. Comfortable and enough stretch to allow for bending, crawling, mount/dismount drills, positions at tje range. All stitching is quality, no defects noted. No in-pocket deviders, no lower leg pockets, no knee pads slide-in option. If the front zipper was 1" longer it would make it easier. The lower pant leg width is only 1/4" wider than the 5.11 pants when layed flat together. The camo pattern is a proprietary pattern similar to OCP/ Scorpion/ Multicam but close enough if you don't have to go through inspection or get approval from your command. Took off the shiny metal d rings below the waist panel before the 1st washing. After a couple washes only slightly louder when rubbing together compared to 5.11's. Overall, worth the price. I will probably buy a couple more pair.

Two year use review
I bought 4 pair of these two years ago, wore each, once a week, working a maintenance job that is tough on clothing. My wife has washed the heck out of them trying to keep them clean from all the paint, drywall mud, grease and sewer grime I encounter. They are still in great shape. I'm buying four more simply due to my weight loss. The pants are super. 7 belt loops help keep my tool bag and belt in place, 8 pockets allow for plenty of storage - some with velcro style closures. The reinforced knees have held up very well in spite of the amount of work I have to do on the floors. They are very well built and tough as nails. I'm keeping the older pairs for use if I ever get that weight back. They are so comfortable that they will be my go to pants for a long time.

Great for the workshop
Love these pants for the workshop. They are comfortable, run true to size, and have lots of pockets including ones on each side tailored to perfectly fit a modern cellphone. They are rugged but also work well in all four seasons.

not ideal for advertised use, but functional cargo pants that fit well and offer decent aesthetics
So far, so great, except for one issue: they're noisy. If you walk with your legs fairly straight they make swishing noises from the material between the legs brushing together. If you walk with a wider stance, e.g. bowlegged, they whisper loudly enough for people to hear it. I would not recommend these for hunting or, as some of the marketing images imply, in a combat zone. The mag pocket is extremely tight, and the flap won't fit over a 30rd 5.56x45mm mag. A PMAG juts up more from the pocket than is reasonable, and trying to fit a STANAG mag into it is one hell of a task (though it doesn't jut up quite as far). A Lancer mag won't go into the pocket past about the halfway point, leaving much of the mag pocket empty with the mag precariously sticking up where it gets in the way of everything and might just flop out onto the ground. The product image showing a magazine in the mag pocket is deceptive. Maybe if my pants measurements were bigger the pocket would be more functional for a 30rd mag, but if so they screwed up because the pocket should be designed for what it's supposed to carry, not for a size proportional to the pants. I'll probably use that pocket for a small notebook or something like that; it's too deep to be extremely useful for my EDC pistol 17rd mags, though the outer pocket on the right side is actually useful for one of those 17rd mags.I just got these today, and I'm not sure how well they'll hold up yet, but I'll give it three stars so far: they're troublesome in certain aspects of the design, but look pretty decent with a belt (covering the stretchy gathers that I didn't realize it had when I ordered it), and they're comfortable. If the ripstop holds up as well as my BDUs, they're still useful pants, and despite the design shortcomings I do like how many pockets I get.

Still testing them
They fit good. The extra pockets have come in handy. I am a pest control technician and having those extra pockets have been handy. Now my phone doesnโt get in the way whenever I bend over. Quality seem ok. Would probably update to see how they have been holding up. But so far so good
