Loose fit for an oldschool IMI, perfect for a modern IWI.
This holster is for the steel-framed Jericho 941 series pistol and clones. It will *not* fit CZ75's, GLOCKs, Berettas, Hi-Points, sawed off side-by-sides, MAC11's, or AR15's with arm braces and 11" barrels. If you're new to rigid holsters, maybe consider watching a few videos on the subject on YouTube before asking if this holster fits your pistol that is not a Jericho 941.NOW, THE REVIEW.I have a handful of holsters for my 941F. Most of them have the appropriate cutouts to accommodate the later railed-frame IWI versions. Despite having one of the first-generation surplus IMI models without the rail, I've never had issues with the rail cutout.THis one is a little different though. I want to give it 3.5 stars because 3 isn't charitable enough and 4 is too good.THe quality is excellent. Rigid, durable, solid. But the interior cross-section is meant pretty clearly for the railed frame version and doesn't really lock the pistol from rattling, and as a result the butt bounces up and down while logging or running, which is irritating and noisy. The MOLLE adapter works pretty flawlessly. Again, rigid, sturdy, and good positive retention, just like the thumb release. In addition to the active retention break, you have the option to set passive retention on the trigger guard however you like. This allows you to have as secure or as speedy of a draw as you like. SInce my trigger is one of the *fabulous* Israeli police armorer'd single-action only jobs, I prefer the thumb retention and a little heavier passive retention over something like a SERPA holster to prevent myself from developing a case of GLOCK leg. It's probably a little slower than some of the three-gun gamer nonsense out there, difference being that this is practical enough for a gunfight. Are there better tactical/fighting holsters out there? Probably. Is this "just as good"? probably not.But the Jericho is not a super popular platform due in part to the fact that it's not a GLOCK, so options are a little more limited, and frankly, this still punches way above its weight. It's hard to do better for this price.I still feel like some epoxy and a couple chunks of strategically placed 1/8" ABS plate would snug up the wobble, it just hasn't been a priority for me yet.If you have a railed model without anything on the rail, you're probably not going to ever need another tactical holster.

Want to set the record straight!
First off I would just like to say this is an extremely solid feeling holster for the price! The thumb release is in a good spot. I have smaller hands and I have no problem drawing the weapon. The retention is adjustable and feels real smooth when drawing my weapon. Construction feels really solid and the paddle has 2 sets of notches that grips into my 1.5" belt better then any paddle holster I've owned so far! With that said I'd like to set the record straight for anyone who has asked about what gun this holster is compatible with. I was very skeptical buying the holster because of all the questions and answers that put that this was not compatible with the Jericho 941 FS45 saying the holster was to tight. So I went to Orpaz website to do some research. Turns out the Orpaz Jericho 941 Holster & Baby Eagle Holster for Steel Frames Only Level 2 Holsters are the only ones that fits the FS45. The ones with the thumb release. The regular paddle holster and belt holster do not fit the Jericho 941 FS45.I hope this review helps someone and as always Happy Shooting!Peace & LoveAyO

Inspect before use.
It fit perfectly, but I should have inspected the inside before holstering my firearm. There seems to be a quality control issue as the screw well is slightly penetrating the inner holster. It scratched the living hell out of my firearm and I now have to get a recoat even though I've only had this particular firearm for eight months. It fits and works flawlessly, aside from new paint job I have to get.

YOUR 941 WILL LOVE IT!
I used this for a Concealed Carry class for my beloved Jericho 941 FS (1990's model). This holster worked flawlessly.Could not be happier with my purchase.Do I wear this around all day? No.Could I wear this comfortably if I had to? Yes.Does the gun seat securely? Yessir! If you see a review that says "This is junk compared to <high end custom holster>" It's not made to be high end. It is high quality and performs the task required of it.I tell everyone I meet that if they want a good holster (not a ccw holster) to get this. And they've always thanked me.

Works well with IMI Jericho
Your options are limited on Jericho 941nspecific holsters. This one is being used on an older IMI frame safety model. It comes with an allen wrench to adjust retention; it adjusted from "falls right out" to "death grip". I was able to find a happy medium. The gun is pretty loose in the holster. This is where the little pieces that look like bits left over from the manufacturing process come in to play (there were two in my package). The little doohickey actually does a good job. See pic for placement. I'll probably add a drop of super glue to it as it seems to want to work itself out.I like the ability to adjust the cant.I like the slight offset from the body, makes it easier to grab quickly. Can use 1.5" or 1.75" belts.Seems well made.I'd prefer it be long enough to cover the front sight.I give the fit a 90%. A little piece of something added where the rail would be would probably take it the rest of the way. IDK if I'll bother, this is not a carry piece for me.

Good fit.
Perfect fit for CZ/IWI/MR Jericho 941/Baby Eagle (steel frame only) after minor adjustments which are simple and straightforward with one screw. Price of holsters are always a bugger for me. That said, it is reasonably priced. Arrived on time. I ordered with the belt clip, but also ordered the Molle attachment. Belt clip is great. The Molle works well enough if your platform fits tightly, but can slip out otherwise, even when drawing pistol if you don’t keep your thumb on the release. For this reason, I do not recommend it for a vest. I use a drop leg Molle platform. Composite material will eventually leave wear marks on your pistol.
