Yes. Im a bass player and guitar player. I lose fingernail clippers like I loose picks. These don't get lost. They are high quality and sharp. They can be a little awkward to use if your Keychain is heavy but its better than not having any because you lost them! Maybe consider a small carabiner instead of the keyring.

Years ago, I found a set of nail clippers in a store in France that was completely different than the traditional nail clippers that I had used all my life. They were beautifully constructed and seemed to be of very high-quality materials with a great finish and sharpness and made clean and smooth cuts. These clippers are the same exact design as those French ones that I have had for a few years. I like the design, because not only is the whole thing very compact, but also in its closed position the sharp edges of the cutters are fully closed, and no sharp edges are exposed. This makes it possible to have these in your small pant pocket or on a keychain without the risk of getting cut when you reach for them. Another important design factor (for me at least) is that unlike other wide-jaw nail clippers there is no spring in the jaw to open the two sides. The springs in clippers that have them invariably suffer metal fatigue over time and eventually snap. These are also a whole lot less expensive than the French ones that I own but only with a seemingly marginal lower quality. The fit and finish on the French ones is definitely better, but these are of perfectly acceptable quality. I think that you will like these clippers.

Well made, nice opening size, high quality. Missing 1 star because the keying hole position makes my keys weigh down the file cover making it difficult to use the clippers. The keyring hole needs to come off the base, not the cover. Other than that I love 'em.

Nice set of EDC nail clippers. The fatastic integrated nail file is especially welcome as most nail clippers treat this as an afterthought.

I bought this to replace a set of Victorinox clippers that looked very much the same and were my favorite for their flat profile when closed. I often carry a pair in my back pocket to mis-use to clip zip ties, remove screws, scrape things, and even sometimes manage a finger nail. The Mr. Green was just as effective as the Victorinox, with an even better file. Use the keychain, though, or you'll be buying another one after two trips like I am. Perhaps they will meet up with all of the others I've lost and start a community. Seriously, though: I used these for all of those things and they worked great until I left them in an Arizona or Utah hotel somewhere along the line. They are very high quality and don't seem to bother me when in my back pocket.

Great travel nail clippers!

I have a drawer full of nail clippers that I don't use. Some are too bulky to position properly on my fingernails, while others are too thick or blunt to get where I need them on my toenails. These are different. The thin design makes the cutting end easy to position on both fingers and toes, and the blades are extremely sharp. They cut cleanly without requiring a lot of pressure or leaving a rough edge. I keep these in a case next to my recliner, and they have become my go-to set. Thin, sharp, easy to position, and easy to use.
