They work great to pack when travelling and to continue doing the exercises that my physiotherapist has prescribed they seem robust and durable

These are great for at home workouts and PT sessions. The strength of each band is exactly how my PT instructor expected it to be and I much prefer these on my legs to the rubber bands as these stay in place and are much comfier in terms of blood circulation.

Well made resistance bands.

Really thick and durable. They don't ride up like the rubber ones do. They come in a very useful little pouch which you can put in your gym bag. Great resistance level ensuring you get a good workout, and great value for money

Fits the purpose and doesn't roll or slide down

I put the medium band on (just above my knees) at about 10am, then get on with my day... take the dog for a walk, house stuff etc. & take it off in the evening - this means I don't need to find time to workout.... It works very well for me 4 or 5 days weekly :) I might wear it at a daytime disco next :) You might prefer to wear it under a skirt/dress to go walking :) (I don't care who sees my resistance band) :) If you have hip pain you might want to ask your doctor if you can wear it above your knees too, like I do...it fixed my hip pain...I really hope it helps you too :) Good luck!

Ich bin super zufrieden mit den Bändern! Die Qualität ist top – sie sind stabil, rutschen nicht und bieten genau den richtigen Widerstand. Ich benutze sie regelmäßig bei meinen Workouts, und sie halten bisher wirklich gut. Absolut empfehlenswert für jedes Training, egal ob zu Hause oder im Fitnessstudio!
