Perfect for barefoot wear, this is exactly what I was looking for. I prefer to be barefoot at home and during exercise but my 50 something year old feet need a little arch support. These really lift and provide that support. Slips on over the toes. Looks good quality like I can wash them easily. I think would also work with shoes if one wanted to wear them that way. Not particularly attractive but that’s not really the intent.

This little thing has been my saving grace! I had horrible arch pain for about a month in just my left foot. It was driving me crazy and became a detriment to my weight loss journey because it hurt just to walk. I suspected falling arch to be the cause and bought this because it was an affordable option to test that theory. Theory proven. After a couple days of using this little guy on my foot in conjunction with a rolling foot massager, the pain is gone. I like the versatility of it. You can wear it barefoot, over your sock, or with your shoes on. It does add a little bulk to your shoe fit so if you're not wearing a shoe with laces, it's going to be a tighter fit than you're used to.

These have worked extremely well for me. They made a noticeable difference in my foot pain and gave me the extra arch support I needed. I wear them around the house when walking barefoot, and I have even worn them while sleeping. For me, they have been comfortable enough to wear for extended periods and have really helped ease my discomfort. They are also very easy to use and reusable, which I appreciate. I have hand-washed mine without any issues, and they have continued to work well afterward. Being able to wear them without shoes is probably my favorite feature because I don’t have to put on a pair of supportive shoes every time I walk around the house. One important thing I would mention is that everyone’s experience may be different. My dad has the same type of foot condition and tried these as well, but surprisingly, they actually made his discomfort worse rather than better. Because of that, I would recommend paying attention to how your feet respond and checking whether this type of arch support is appropriate for you rather than assuming it will work for everyone. For my own experience, these have been fantastic and have provided significant relief. They’re simple, washable, convenient, and something I use regularly. I would absolutely get them again. They are pretty durable and have lasted me for the last few weeks, definitely purchasing again.

In all honesty I didn't expect much from this product. I've already used arch support insoles, ointments, pain pills, and ankle braces. They all gave me some relief. But my pain was only slightly abated using all of them at the same time! I've been using this product every day since delivery (less than a week). Instead of 3 doses of prescription pain pills a day I take one dose of OTC meds in the morning and put these on. I don't need to keep popping pills just to get through the day now! Somehow these pads provide relief by giving my flat feet an arch, which takes the pressure off of the nerve to my foot. I'm able to walk without limping during my 12 hour shift. And I'm not drowsy from prescription pain pills. I suggest you use them on both feet. I was only having pain in my left foot. So I initially was using just one. Since both of my feet are flat I opted to be proactive rather than waiting for my right foot to ache as well. It seems that using both does better than just the one. I strongly recommend buying this product and hope you get similar results!

It’s only the first day wearing these, so the jury’s still out. However, though slightly uncomfortable, they do seem to support the arches well. The biggest problem is wearing them with shoes. If your shoes fit properly, you’ll struggle to get the on while wearing them. I have a pair of shoes that are a little loose and was able to get them on over the arch supports, but that makes them rather tight. I may have to get some shoes with a lower or more open camp to accommodate the supports.

these are fantastic! I even wear them with sandals and they don't look too ridiculous. In close toed shoes its great to have the strap to keep them put

These make such a great difference. I think you don't put so much pressure on your heel or arch when you use these. If I don't wear them for one day I can feel the pain from plantar fasciitis the next. I put them on as soon as I get out of bed and I am almost pain fre most of the day. These have a cushioned pad that feels much better than the other hard-formed ones. When I wore the hard ones, my feet hurt in a different way at the end of the day.

Barely inexpensive and doesn’t feel bad against your foot and really helps your fallen arches. The only negative is it might slide around your foot and shoe. You have to continually adjust it through throughout the day.

Not useful of my plantar fasciitis problem waste of money

Tengo el pie plano y durante años tuve dolor en los pies, probé varias plantillas pero no me ayudaron. Estas me ayudaron a eliminar casi por completo el dolor con dos semanas de uso. Para mi, lo malo, es que en los zapatos que están justos, se complica un poco el usarlas durante mucho tiempo, en un zapato con un poco de espacio, sin problema, por lo que es importante usarlas al comprar un par nuevo de zapatos. Para mi es importante usarlas durante al día, incluso si no uso zapatos o solo estoy descansando, noto una diferencia en el dolor de los pies cuando no las uso. La verdad es que no es una molestia utilizarlas siempre, al contrario, estoy feliz de no tener mas dolor en los arcos de los pies.

Fantastic product! Hubby can get extremely bad plantar fasciitis due to his high arches — after a day of wearing these the pain subsided. A few days later and it’s practically gone! he swears by these little supports, they’ve done wonders for him! Highly recommend

Delivered quickly. They slip on and hold well. I only wish they were a little thicker and/or more rigid, but they do the trick just fine.

One sock started fraying within a week or two of light use. Didn't notice much improvement in heel pain either. Not worth it for me.
