This is a quality product that doesn't tear easily and really is soft and gentle. It's the only toilet paper product that my family uses and we order it over and over again. Its very absorbent too, doesn't require many sheets to use and saves money. Love the roll size too.

Very soft! My only complaint is that at the beginning of each roll, it’s impossible to tear the first piece without it ripping partially through each layer. Seems like a minor design flaw. Definitely a 1st world problem, so I can’t complain too much lol. That’s the only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star. No clogging, very absorbent, strong, and a great size roll for the value! The layered tear problem only happens at the start of the roll, the rest is normal. Could be whatever they use to stick the 1st piece down is too strong for the Ultra Gentle style.

These are the best toilet paper! The other day, I had to buy a few rolls, while waiting for my Charmin order to arrive. They weren't Charmin. My granddaughter used it and said this isn't what you always have. I explained why. She told me she hated it and hoped my Charmin order came soon.
