Size 42 = women's size 18W
Y6007 design: These are warm and comfortable. They have elastic in the back of the waist and at the end of the pantlegs, so they're great inside boots. They also have beltloops. The sizing for women's pants never translates perfectly from "menswear". As if people with vaginas somehow can't appreciate a decent pair of pants with pockets. Anyway, Point of reference: this design size 42 seems very close to a 18W size in women's Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. The length is good for someone 5'10" and 245lbs. I'm buying two more pairs in other colors!

Nice material, roomy up top, tighter further down the legs. I would say they are tapered leg style.
I'm about 6'1" and 150 lbs. I got the style that has belt loops and not the drawstrings, because I need to wear a belt for my walkie talkie at work. I'm not sure if the other styles would be the same, but I would definitely call these tapered leg and not straight leg like the description says. They have a lot of room up top, and the waist is a bit too big on me. That makes their size measurements not seem quite right, because 31.5 inches should have been about right. Maybe those measurements are only for the drawstring ones, since they don't have a size chart in the pictures of the style I got. While they feel like a relaxed fit at the hips, they get tighter in the lower part of the legs. With them being tighter in the knees, they often end up pulling up a bit too much when I sit down, so then I'm pulling the legs down so my legs don't show above my socks and make them look too short on me.I do like their material. They feel soft and stretch a bit, so this makes them feel comfortable to me even in the tighter areas. In fall temperatures, I don't feel too hot or too cold wearing them.I have to comment on the "Makes you more manly!" tag sewn on their pocket as well. I don't hate it, but I thought it was kind of ironic. With how these fit, I actually thought they seemed more like they were designed to fit a girl with more butt and thighs to fill out the top of the pants.Overall, I think they are mostly comfortable and okay, but they aren't the perfect fit for me. However, If you are looking for tapered leg cargo pants, they might be the right fit for you.

Nice
Nice pants.

Poor workmanship
Seams were frayed and threading was loose.

I’m torn
The fabric of these pants is nice. They are well made with some hiccups. The tapered leg is very tight. There is no elastic waist band. The badge on the leg that says HHZ MAKES YOU MORE MANLY! Is odd to say the least.

Stylish
Got these for my son and they are great quality. Nice material. They fit true to size. Very comfortable fit. Have washed them many times and no shrinkage.

A bit short on me, otherwise fine
These were slightly short on me while the waist was fine, so I would recommend double-checking the fit if you order these. Otherwise standard quality, color was good, and they're cargo pants - great amount of pockets. The elastic waist is nice, again biggest issue is the leg length.

I've worn them for hiking, camping, and even just casual outings
The blend of 95% cotton and 5% elastic makes them comfortable for everyday wear. Whether I'm running errands or going on a hike, these pants allow for unrestricted movement. I've put them through some tough outdoor conditions, and they still look brand new..Speaking of occasions, these pants are versatile. I've worn them for hiking, camping, and even just casual outings. They're suitable for any activity, making them a valuable addition to my wardrobe. With four flap pockets, including two at the front and two at the back, I have ample storage space for essentials like my phone, wallet, and keys. Additionally, the side leg capacity pockets are a handy feature.
