Price & Kensington Cream 6cup Teapot

A lovely little teapot. Just right for 1 person. I chose the red one and am delighted with it. I have no issues with the way it pours as some people have said.

For those complaining about not holding 10 cups, yes it does BUT, they're the standard hotel room size tea cups, hold barely 2 mouthfuls! AND it definitely is bright white, not greyish in any way. This one looks small but it does hold 1.5l, measured it. (I actually wanted a 1.7l pot but couldn't find one). Filled almost to the opening with water and poured into a jug. It actually holds 4 standard mugs, or 3, large, 500ml mugs. Three of us, so this is perfect. Tried a preliminary pour, good flow and with it having a truly horizontal spout opening, tea does NOT dribble down the outside, nor does it overshoot the mugs. I bought this to alternate with another good pouring Union Jack teapot whilst it is being descaled/de-tanninned. 1 for use and 1 in the wash. I have a bigger M&S Harvest 2l teapot, with a horizontal spout, for when we have visitors. That's stoneware and far too heavy for me now, did my wrist in. Someone else has to pour. I bought a teapot by a completely different manufacturer via Amazon but it was a dreadful pourer. The spout had a downward inclined opening, tea overshot the mugs, going all over the counter top, staining it, and dribbled down the outside of the spout, staining that. We had to rest the spout on the mugs to pour. Not ideal. Family hated it. At the end of the week we'd had enough, they demanded I return it. We'll have to see what family think of this new one.

Lovely teapot, a little heavy but nice quality and doesn’t drip. I have bought it as a present and I am sure it will be appreciated. Would recommend buying this teapot over items made in China.

The teapot appears to be of solid construction and is quite weighty. The teapot is 10 cups, as advertised. As the average UK tea cup holds 150ml, you will get 3-4 mugs of tea, depending on the size of your mug. Remember that mugs are larger than cups. Seems to pour well, lid is tight when closed. What I wasn't impressed with was the packaging, or should I say lack of. The teapot arrived in a parcel with other items and was only protected by a bubble wrap bag; it wasn't boxed or protected from damage should the parcel have been dropped. The reason for the 3 stars is down to the packaging (lack of).

The Mother in Law was so pleased with this. Nothing like tea from a teapot.

10 cup pot is useless, pours horribly. Either throws an arc of tea over the cup or dribbles incessantly. Waste of money.

Exactly what I was looking for. Perfect color, perfect capacity, handle does not get hot, durable, and does not stain. It's the best.

Muy recomendable la tetera, material y diseño muy bueno, fuerte y que al verter el líquido no derrama nada fuera de la taza. Capacidad de litro y medio de te, estupenda para eventos. 100 % recomendable!

me gusta mucho su color y su forma, es muy fuerte y fácil de agarrar mantiene bien el calor pero no quema la mano al cogerla recién hecho el té
