I was taking pictures of the orian nebua within 60 hra of placing my order. Being new to astrophotography all i have to do is pick what i want to see from the things that are possible to be aeen from my location and date/timw and within minutes i have the first image captured.

But know that this bundle is missing items included with the normal residential packaging, such as the original tripod that is more easily adjustable, and most notable, the level used for setting it up.

I’ve had one of these telescopes for about eight months. It is an automatic telescope. You turn it on, level it, and then using an app ask it to initialize. The scope will take pictures of Starfield and and use computer matching to figure out exactly which part of the sky it’s looking at. Then, you can select various deep space objects from a menu list, designate how much time you want to photograph them, and tell us to go. It stacks images from short exposures, eventually collecting enough photos to make a beautiful image. The telescope itself does some Processing of the image. There isn’t enough exposure control for it to do a good job on planets; the exposure is way over blown and too bright. The best planet photographs are made by taking a one to two minute video and using a computer program to stack the images using reference points on each frame. This telescope does not do video imaging. Be warned that there are telescopes, smart telescopes. there are much cheaper by dwarf and ZWO, but my opinion, after watching many reviews of those, this one is the easiest to use and takes the best photos. There is the additional expense with the Vespera, two of buying filters, which are quite expensive, costing approximately six to $700 for the set of three, unless you can find them used. I love this little scope, and have taken on trips with me. It fits easily into the overhead baggage compartment of a plane. The only complaint I have about is that the USB-C port on it is only for charging, not for downloading data, so data has to be harvested from the scope via Wi-Fi. another accessory I suggest is a Cavix camera, lover, which is sold on this website. The small Bubble Level that comes with some models of the scope is inadequate. Proper leveling is essential for accurate polar alignment.

For deep sky, this little scope is great. Not so great for planets. Moon is okay, but I get better moon shots with a 600mm telephoto. The scope itself is quite heavy. The included case is heavy duty and the tripod is great for travel. Worth the extra $$$.
