This is solid and stable. Easy to use. Assembly was a little wonky a few times. Units are in metric and can't be changed to standard. You need to do math conversion to determine how many miles you went.

Update: returned elliptical after it became even more wobbly and started squeaking even with everything tightened. This is a great machine for a workout. I thought it would be electric but it’s not. The only complaint I have is the machine squeaks. We thought it needed oil. We did put oil but it still squeaks. Good value for the money.

It took over an hour to put this thing together. I’m pretty mechanical, so some assembly doesn’t usually usually have a negative effect on me. But this thing with its weird instructions was a little frustrating. I’m not sure who wrote the instructions, but they should’ve at least mastered middle school grammar before getting a job at this company.Note on the foot pedals: they do not explain this in the manual, but the closer you put the foot pedals to the front, the easier it is to exercise And there’s less aggression on your knees and ankles. The further back you put the pedals the more aggressive this piece of equipment is going to be on your knees and your ankles. Thankfully they give you three positions to adjust your petals to. Extra star for that. Having to assemble this piece of equipment should count as two hours of exercise. And in that light loses a star from me. Also, you’re going to want to assemble this equipment outside in your garage or on your back porch. Do not bring this unit into your house to assemble it. For some reason the whole box, the contents, and the equipment itself smells like sulfur. We threw the Styrofoam out into the backyard because it was so strong. The bugs in the yard crawled on the Styrofoam and died immediately. Be sure you wash your hands thoroughly after you assemble this product and let it air out for a while before bringing it in the house. You’ll thank me.We’ve had the product for a week now and it seems to be a decent piece of equipment. But the assembly and the sulfur smell was something we could live without.

This is very good

This is not a quality elliptical. It is very unsteady - the bars meant to keep it steady are way too short to work well. The resistance is barely noticeable even when turned all the way up. Very little range of motion as well. Not worth the price.

From day 1 this elliptical has been squeaky and noisy. Not 1 motion goes through without generating noise. The base also should be sturdier. I'm only 170lbs and the base will lift up when you really start moving.
