DO NOT BUY!! Seller will not respond.
I never write reviews but feel I should warn others about the seller after receiving the fountain that had a crack in a plastic pipe and a pump that went out within a month. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact the seller with NO response.This is not an inexpensive item so I feel very compelled to warn others about the product and more importantly, the seller.Amazon has been amazing to help me deal with an expensive investment that is worthless without working parts that are covered under their one year warranty from a seller who clearly doesn’t return calls and stand behind their product.Buyer beware…DO NOT BUY!!!And as an FYI, I purchased the three year extended warranty but when I called, they couldn’t file a claim because it was still within the one year manufacturer warranty.

Easy install
The fountain was easy to assemble and light weight. The material is a polyresin so looks like stone, lightweight, but I believe will hold up better in the heat of North Texas. Had it 3 weeks and works well.

Perfect Fountain
Beautifully made and is exactly as described. Easy to assemble. Great customer service. After seeing ours, our neighbor ordered one!

Pump is weak
I would NOT recommend buying this fountain. I paid a lot of money for this fountain only to be disappointed . The pump does NOT work properly. The water flow is very slow as it barely flows at all.A terrible disappointment. As you can see in the picture the water barely moves. I received an answer when I ask, why is pump weak along with the answer I was promised this would be rectified by customer service. We were told to reply to their email which would not accept our reply. I paid 500.00 for a pump that won’t work right with a published promise to make it right. I think the promise was just for Amazon’s view. Please don’t lose your money on this fountain. A working pump was all I wanted and paid for.
