This sofa is amazing! It’s firm yet extremely comfortable and matches any decor! It’s the perfect size and can be paired with the matching chairs I also purchased. See photos. I added a swivel to the bottoms of the chairs so they could turn towards the fireplace and TV behind them as they didn’t come with a swivel feature but I easily added them myself. This is a great set and I’ve received many compliments. You’ve gotta get it! You’ll love it!

This couch is worth every penny! It is gorgeous and definitely made to withstand time. Looks exactly like the advertised photos and it is firm and comfortable. Not cheaply made at all. Came in two separate boxes in pristine condition. Took exactly a week to come (quicker than estimated). Would definitely order again.

I cannot comment on the actual sofa yet because I was not home when it was delivered and have not been able to unpack or inspect it. This review is about the delivery and customer service experience. After placing the order, I was informed that a third-party delivery company would contact me to schedule the delivery. I waited for that call, but no one contacted me. I also tried calling myself, waited about 45 minutes, and then the call was disconnected. The sofa was then delivered about a week earlier than the estimated delivery date, on a day when no one in my household was home. This is a large and expensive piece of furniture, not a small package, and it was left without proper scheduling or successful communication. What made this especially frustrating is that customer service referred to it as a “high value item” when discussing pickup options. But if it is considered a high-value item, it should not have been left outside without proper scheduling, confirmation, or a reliable way for the customer to prepare. I contacted Amazon because I was worried about theft and possible weather damage, especially with rain expected over the weekend and no one home to move or monitor the item. I was told that the earliest available pickup or resolution option was several days later. When I asked about the rain, I was told, “Do not worry,” but that did not address the actual issue. The customer service interaction made the situation feel even worse. I initially thought this was mainly a third-party delivery issue, but after reaching out for help, I felt unsupported and left to deal with the problem myself. In the end, I had to handle the situation on my own with the help of neighbors I did not know. I am very grateful for their kindness, but customers should not have to rely on strangers to protect a large, expensive delivery that was not properly scheduled. A large furniture delivery should not become an emergency that the customer has to solve alone from a distance. I cannot speak to the sofa’s quality yet. But based on this experience, buyers should be very careful about the delivery and scheduling process before ordering large furniture items like this.

Great looking couch, comfortable to seat for short periods of time (lack of back support but beauty cost). Good quality, worth the money, very stylish, have so many compliments from family and friends.

It’s always anxiety inducing to purchase furniture online. This sofa did not disappoint! It’s extremely soft and has a buttery feel. Be advised it has a low back, but that’s the look I wanted. It is very comfortable and included the three cream colored cushions.

I bought the couch and the sectional I’m so in love good quality very comfortable delivery was fast and easy to assemble I love the color. It’s like a marble tan. I do wish it had other colors besides the brown and this. I’m so nervous that this is gonna get stained so I don’t let anyone sit on it lol

I was a little worried to get this color couch because we have two dogs but I am thrilled with this couch. It's buttery soft and when I tell you we have already had to clean blood from the dog's chewing bones on it and their gums bleeding, dog slobber, etc off and it still looks brands new. (Hydrogen peroxide on a q-tip is a game changer to get blood off by the way!) Dog hair is removed really easily off the velvet and you can just use a wet washcloth to wipe the surface. The color is very neutral and easy to style. Looks great, I love it.
