962XL Ink Cartridges High Yield Replacement for HP 962 XL Ink Cartridges

Original HP ink, works perfect, I hate paying over $100 for the set. but they last a long time and work perfect, Last year I had another HP that was about 8 years old and worked like a dog and never jammed. It was an excellent printer. loved it. got tired of the expensive OEM ink so I bought and knock off ink for 1/2 price, big mistake, the first thing that happened using the after market was when I put in the 1st new cartridge the printer freaked out and sent a message on the screen that using non HP ink could cause damage , So of course I ignored it, 2 month later it was in the trash, ink leaked all over the place, clogged the heads, terrible banding, I saved $50 and threw the printer away, never again

Zero stars! I should’ve read the reviews! Based on packaging and tbh, the high price, I incorrectly assumed these were actual HP cartridges. They are not! They are either refurbished or an off brand that does not work in my printer without an override, which I was unable to figure out. If your printer can use off brand or refurbished cartridges, I’m sure these are fine but you should be aware BEFORE you buy and it’s the last minute to print something and you thought you had a replacement.

Not as good as HP ink

These are counterfeit cartridges made in China and will not function in an HP Printer. It gives an error: "The indicated cartridges are not communicating with the printer." After contacting HP support, I was told these cartridges are counterfeit and will not work. Unfortunately for me, I did not install this until after the return/product support period was expired so I was scammed out of my money with no refund.

The product does not work with HP printers as advertised. Black ink cartridge locks in, but all color cartridges do not seat properly. It appears they buy old cartridges and sand off the logo, but damage the locking mechanisms. DO NOT BUY!!!

So far, this ink set has been working really well in my HP OfficeJet Pro 9015. I print a mix of homework, forms, and occasional color pages, and the results have been consistently clear. The colors are bright enough for school projects, and black text prints crisp with no smearing. Installation was simple and the printer recognized all cartridges immediately.

He probado varias marcas compatibles y estos cartuchos 962XL me han dejado muy buena impresión. Reconocidos al instante por mi impresora HP OfficeJet Pro 9020, sin fugas ni manchas. Los colores se mantienen constantes incluso en documentos largos. Además, imprimen muchas páginas, justo como promete la descripción. Definitivamente los volveré a comprar cuando se acaben.
