Great spice
Great when I make chili.

Like the quality. Need more heat.
My first foray into ground Guajillo. I never have been much for spicy stuff til lately. I got this to add to my Focaccia. I didn't realize how mild it was going to be. I am going to go up a level on the "hot" meter. This is really good - in moderation; using more doesn't add to the heat but gives just overdoes the taste. The heat is my own mistake. When I get something hotter it will be from the same brand. I like that there are no additives and everything about this - except the heat level.

Delicious, adds great depth of flavor.
this is great stuff. I use it when I make carne asada; so much more depth without a lot of heat to the flavor. It's well packaged, is easy to use, and smells and tastes delicious! It's also delicious in chili or anywhere else you use chili powder. Will absolutely buy again.
