These do not taste good, they taste like apple cider vinegar which is very unpleasant. I did not lose a single pound, so they do not work at all.

This product does work in just a few weeks I’m down 11lbs and still loosing. I’ve been eating the Mediterranean style for years now I felt I needed a little boost to keep the weight coming off. The only issue I have was that the gummy bears came very stuck together and they seem like they have shrunk since I started taking them. I keep them in a cool dry place and I have to shake the bottle in order to get them out, other than that, I would buy this product again
