Beautiful quality genuine smoked Spanish Paprika. Strong, pungent smoky flavour... a little goes a long way. Note that the 'hot' is actually pretty spicy. I was surprised, but in a nice way!

Je viens de recevoir mon nouveau pack sweet et hot cette fois. Super satisfait. grand MERCI--------------------------Commandé comme indiqué sur la descrption 2 pots : un doux et un piquant.Reçu 2 pots de piment doux.vraiment déçu.

Super mélange d'épices, rappelle les saveur des plats espagnols.

Sono un appassionato della cucina spagnola ed ho acquistato questa paprika o, meglio, questo Pimentón de la Vera DOP (sia nella versione dolce sia piccante) già sapendo che avrei avuto, fra le mani... o meglio sulla lingua, un'alternativa alla classica paprika da supermercato: è un vero salto di qualità!La prima cosa che colpisce è il fresco aroma affumicato, un gusto caratteristico e profondo che in Italia è davvero difficile da trovare, perfetto per ricreare i sapori autentici della cucina iberica.Questo pimentón è diventato un ingrediente insostituibile in cucina:- In versatilità: eccezionale sui piatti di verdure (patatas bravas, zuppe di ceci, ...) e di carne (marinature per il pollo, arrosti di maiale, ...) e perfetto per preparazioni tradizionali come il pulpo a la gallega;- Nel bilanciamento: la variante piccante è davvero equilibrata, dona carattere al piatto senza risultare eccessiva o coprente.Un prodotto di qualità professionale all'altezza di qualsiasi aspettativa. Consigliatissimo a chiunque cerchi quella nota affumicata e speziata capace di svoltare un piatto!
