Cleans ups easy, no sticking.
Love these pans. My daughter has them & bought me the large frying pan. They clean up so easily use after use. Never have to worry about anything sticking to it. I had to finally get the smaller one, after using another brand, this brand seems to be the way to go. So impressed.

You have to treat her like a precious gem. She will mark easily, but with appropriate use she gets the job done. Beautiful color.

Has a very sturdy handle
This felt lighter than my other traditional 8.5" pan. This weighs about 1 lp\b. I compared it to my other pan which weighs 26 oz. However the handle is very sturdy so it feels much lighter. Very easy to clean and washes great in the dishwasher. A perfect little pan for a quick small meal.
