Worked perfect for my Cortrophine shots and methotrexate to take on a cruise

I bought this to hold my Dupixent injectable. I only needed to transport one but it can fit two with no problem but that would be it. I would say if you have regular syringes for diabetes or such it would hold much more. My trip wasn't a long one (3.5 hour flight) but with travel to and from airport I would say total time was 4.5 - 5 hours. Once I arrived to hotel at my destination city the case was still pretty cool. One ice pack was slightly melted and the other was still fully frozen. I imagine it could've lasted another couple of hours or so. This case worked as well as I hoped it would. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a good little cooler for people who like hard cases. I found out after purchasing I don't like the hard case I like soft case because the insulin pens don't jump out and fall as easily. But this white case with little flowers was pretty and I needed something other that my old black dull soft case. I wanted something uplifting while giving myself a needle in the body everyday, but the cooler is really nice, wish it came in a soft case.
