Great coffee. Roasted on order, process used is Sun Drying instead of Washing (Only coffee I could find here on Amazon that's Sun Dried), consistent ground size, comes very well sealed, shipped super quick (Reached me within a day from the roasting date), has a very mild sweet after taste if you drink it pure black. I was able to make fantastic Lattes from this coffee using a French press.Just had 2 complaints - I wish it could be just a bit cheaper (10%, I know they have a subscription service on their site, but not here on Amazon) and that it would come with a measuring spoon that measured 5 or 10 gram coffee if you fill it to the top and remove any top excess using a knife.

I was trying various roasts of Blue Tokai, Like French Roast , Monsoon Malabar, and then Kalledevapura . I feel all are good , now i am trying the different grind of the same coffees , i am sure i will finally decide on one particular coffee with the kind of grind that will make the exact coffee brew that i am looking for !

I have had Attiakan estate and Thogarihunkal French press from Blue Tokai, latter has been my favourite till I tasted this one. I ordered Seven beans as well but this one is the best coffee I have ever had. The flavor is too good and aftertaste even better. I hope this one doesn’t go out of stock.

A good cup of mellow coffee best had black if you like a little zing in the morning or with some milk if you like your coffee to be simple and hearty
