Great for the tinkerer.
My youngest has a fascination with cars and motorcycles. So when I saw this hands on take apart bike I knew I had to get one. This thing is cool. It's a life-like mini scale motorbike and it comes almost entirely apart. She loved disassembling and reassembling it.If you have a tinkerer or someone interested in how motorcycles are build and work then this is a perfect gift.

Easy to assemble
It was a fun lil project for my partner to do, as he loves motorcycles and little crafts like these. He loved it, but the only thing he didn't like about it is that it falls apart easily if you tip it over. Pieces will fly off of it if it falls over on the table, and if you drop it (which he did accidentally cuz he tripped over the dog), it's like legos. Luckily the pieces didn't break, but the thing fell apart and he had to rebuild it. He used glue the 2nd time and all parts stay in place.

I Had Hopes
This model is a press-fit design, so all of the parts have to fit snuggly, but not too snuggly. Given all the pieces, maybe 30, or so, the manufacturing tolerances need to be kept tight, or, by the time you get 20 or so pieces pressed together, the darn thing just springs apart. Well, guess what? That's right!I'd say I got about 1/3 of the way through the assembly before it became auto-splodey bike. I gave it the college try, redoing it a half-dozen times and, NOPE! Not going to try anymore. The factory that made this is not capable of making this. I suppose I could glue it.....nah. I'm done.

Fun to assemble and a nice toy and/or display piece.
This little motorcycle toy is a winner. It's fairly challenging to assemble, and the finished product is a really nice little toy/display piece. It includes some pretty small pieces, so probably not suited for really small kids, but older ones will find it enjoyable. The instructions aren't the best, but they're good enough to get it put together. I'd buy it again.Recommended.
