04/15/24: Still loving these but wanted to update some info. The fire sauce isn't hot at all, but very salty. I prefer a capsasin kick so I ditch the fire sauce and use cayenne pepper instead. quite a lot in fact. It has taken this ramen from yum to YES!! Continuing to buy and won't stop unless it's no longer made. 03/29/24: I normally buy the regular Nissin Hot & Spicy With Shrimp, found here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BQ3CMD6 Found this version while searching for something else. It is out of this world and in a class all its own. I read a review that gave some prep advice and took it to heart. I didn't use the seasoning packet and instead put in a bit of white miso, a few other tidbits, with some sesame seeds and my preferred spice. You get larger, tastier noodles, a huge packet of the fire sauce, and the taste is amazing. I will keep buying and enjoying it. Because of my changes to the prep, there was no sodium after taste as mentioned by one reviewer. The foremost flavor in my bowl was the shrimp, yes real baby shrimp, and my modifications. It was so good I want another bowl but not yet... Oh, my gosh, so very good!
