the product is great BUT no straw or the recess to put one, so is useless for certain jobs.

I used this product for my hurricane storm shutters and it worked perfectly. It allows the shutters to glide without any effort. Highly recommended

I had a spigot that was feeding an automatic watering system all summer that, at fall's end, refused to close. I sprayed this into the space between the handle shaft and the housing and soon enough the valve was closed (worked it in by opening and closing the value repeatedly, occasionally spraying more into the gap area).The hot sun must have heated the valve far above its rated temperature many times this year. That single use saved me a plumber's visit. Who knows what he would have wanted to do . . . maybe replace the spigot entirely and open up the wall . . .

I always bought Kellog's silicone in the past and it works perfectly for lubricating semiautomatic pistol magazines (take the magazine apart and clean thoroughly, then spray on all parts before reassembly). The price increased significantly (shipping) and I decided to give a name brand product a try. This junk goes on with the consistency of shaving cream, and generally leaves a mess wherever I sprayed it. It would have been worth the money to buy my old brand and spend the extra. Very disappointed.

Used product as part of general maintenance to accordion shutters.... no issues whatsoever!
