Low quality zipper
I’ve been using American Tourister bags for over 8 years, and they have always been my preferred choice because of their durability. My previous bags easily lasted at least two years with regular use. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with this purchase. The zipper started coming apart within just one year of normal use, which is far below the quality I expected from the brand. It feels like the product quality has declined compared to their earlier offerings. I hope American Tourister improves its quality standards, as the brand has always been known for reliability.
