This cleans really well and leaves your skin feeling super fresh straight after using it, I’ve got quite oily skin and it definitely helps reduce that and makes it feel a lot less oily overall. It does leave your skin feeling quite stripped though, so I’d definitely recommend using a good moisturiser after, otherwise it can feel a bit dry. It feels smooth on the skin and works properly, no irritation for me at all which is always important with something you’re using regularly. I use it around 5 times a week and exfoliate on the other days, and it’s easily become my go-to cleanser, I use it all the time now. Bottle lasts a long time as well, you don’t need loads per use so it feels like good value. Overall really solid cleanser that works especially well for oily skin, just make sure you follow it up with a moisturiser!

This was my first time trying CeraVe Foaming Cleanser, and I have been using it consistently for about a month. After daily use, I can say it does a good job of cleansing my skin without feeling harsh. My face feels clean after washing, but not tight or overly dry, which is important for an everyday cleanser. I also like that it is fragrance-free and comes in a large bottle. The cleanser itself has a clear appearance and a smooth, gel-like consistency. It is not thick or heavy, and it spreads easily once mixed with water. I found that a small amount goes a decent way, so the large bottle should last quite a while. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the foaming aspect. Since this product is described as a foaming cleanser, I expected a more noticeable lather right away. When I applied it directly to my face, I honestly did not notice much foam at all. However, after using it a few different ways, I found that it creates more foam when my hands are very wet and I rub the cleanser between my hands first before applying it to my face. That method worked much better for me and gave more of the foaming effect I was expecting. That may not matter to everyone, but I do think it is worth mentioning for anyone specifically buying it because they want a rich foaming wash. Overall: I think this is a good everyday facial cleanser and the large bottle gives decent value over time.

I'm 56, and when I was 19, I broke my neck, leaving me paralysed and with limited hand dexterity. Ivr never worn any makeup and I'm lucky to have a very clear complexion with no wrinkles or lines. I only started to use and serum and moisturiser at night 7 years ago. I've been washing my face with a tea tree wash for a long time, and I thought it was leaving my face clean. My daughters recommended this cleanser as they've been using it for a while. The first night I used it, I wet my face, then pumped a small amount of the cleanser onto the back of my hand and then applied it to my wet face. It soon worked into a lovely, soft foam. I gave my face and neck a thorough wash then rinsed it off, which it does very easily! IWhen it was dry I ran my hand over my face, and it felt as smooth as silk. I felt it had put so much moisture into my skin that I didn't need to put any moisturiser on it that night. The next morning, it still felt silky soft, and my skin glowed. I've been buying expensive moisturisers and serums for years and none of them have left my skin feeling so soft. This foaming cleanser is excellent value for money. It a larger bottle than most other cleansers I've looked at and as a little goes a LONG WAY, it'll last for ages. Considering this cleanser is less than £10 and contains well over 200ml, I think it's a real bargain and I'll most definitely buy it again. I made a video showing how easily it foams up.. It does foam up on the back of my hand but It's hard to see as I do not have pretty hands 😕

Very good product. Was very skeptical because I have a sensitive skin. But this cream is so moisturising, it repaired my skin barrier. Worth the price. No weird fragrance. The size is big enough as well

This cleanser is great for keeping your face fresh and clean. I use it in the shower and it creates a nice soapy consistency

C'est le gel moussant pour les peaux normales à grasses ( mixtes y compris). Il nettoie bien sans dessécher. Il diminue les imperfections ( boutons). Il est sans parfum. Bref c'est le produit à tester. Pour ma part je l'utilise en alternance avec la crème moussante nettoyante de la même marque. Je recommande ce produit.

Dopo aver provato praticamente tutti i detergenti CeraVe, posso dire che questa è la versione che preferisco in assoluto per la mia pelle. Ho una pelle mista, quindi con alcune zone che tendono a lucidarsi e diventare più oleose e altre che invece possono risultare più secche. Per questo ho sempre cercato un detergente che riuscisse a pulire bene senza lasciarmi quella sensazione di pelle "tirata" dopo il lavaggio. Nel corso del tempo ho provato praticamente tutte le versioni della linea CeraVe. Ho iniziato anche dall'olio detergente, proprio perché cercavo qualcosa di estremamente delicato. Mi è piaciuto, soprattutto per la sensazione che lasciava e per la profumazione, ma personalmente non era quello con cui mi trovavo meglio. Ho poi provato la crema detergente e, invece, non sono riuscito ad apprezzarla particolarmente. Soprattutto in estate, la sensazione durante l'utilizzo mi risultava troppo simile a quella di spalmare una crema sul viso e non era la tipologia di detersione che cercavo. Con la Schiuma Detergente, invece, ho trovato finalmente il compromesso che cercavo. LA SCHIUMA FA DAVVERO LA DIFFERENZA La prima cosa che si nota è ovviamente la consistenza: a contatto con l'acqua il detergente produce una bella schiuma. Ora, dal punto di vista scientifico, più schiuma non significa necessariamente più pulizia. È un aspetto importante perché spesso associamo inconsciamente una grande quantità di schiuma a un prodotto più efficace. Però c'è anche un aspetto più pratico e personale: a me la schiuma piace. Durante la skincare trovo molto più piacevole massaggiare una schiuma sul viso rispetto a una crema o a un olio. È una piccola cosa, ma secondo me il fatto che una routine sia piacevole da fare aumenta anche la probabilità di riuscire a mantenerla con costanza. La skincare, alla fine, non è soltanto una questione di ingredienti: anche la sensorialità del prodotto conta nell'esperienza quotidiana. PERCHÉ È ADATTA ALLA PELLE MISTA La formula è pensata per detergere rimuovendo sebo, impurità e residui senza compromettere eccessivamente la barriera cutanea. CeraVe utilizza in questa linea ceramidi e acido ialuronico, ingredienti interessanti soprattutto perché la detersione non dovrebbe limitarsi a "sgrassare" la pelle, ma dovrebbe cercare di mantenere un buon equilibrio tra pulizia e comfort. Le ceramidi, in particolare, sono lipidi naturalmente presenti nella barriera cutanea e svolgono un ruolo importante nel mantenimento della funzione barriera. È quindi sensato trovarle all'interno di una linea cosmetica che punta a detergere senza lasciare la pelle inutilmente impoverita. Il detergente contiene inoltre niacinamide, ingrediente molto versatile che viene utilizzato frequentemente nelle formulazioni destinate alle pelli miste o impure. Una cosa che apprezzo è proprio il fatto che, dopo il risciacquo, non mi rimane quella sensazione di "pelle che tira" che personalmente associo a una detersione troppo aggressiva. COME LO UTILIZZO Ne basta davvero poco. Inumidisco il viso, erogo una piccola quantità di prodotto e lo massaggio delicatamente sulla pelle, senza sfregare eccessivamente. Poi risciacquo con acqua. Non vedo la necessità di utilizzare una quantità enorme di detergente: la schiuma si distribuisce bene e una confezione da 473 ml dura davvero a lungo. Ed è proprio questo uno dei motivi per cui considero questo formato particolarmente conveniente. 473 ML: UN FORMATO CHE FA LA DIFFERENZA Questa secondo me è una delle caratteristiche più sottovalutate. Molti detergenti che mi incuriosiscono, soprattutto alcuni prodotti coreani, vengono venduti in confezioni da 150, 200 o 250 ml. Non è necessariamente un problema, ma quando si utilizza un detergente ogni giorno, mattina e/o sera, il prodotto finisce abbastanza rapidamente. Qui invece abbiamo 473 ml, quindi quasi mezzo litro. Considerando che ne basta poco ad ogni utilizzo, una confezione mi dura veramente parecchio. Per una skincare quotidiana è un vantaggio enorme, soprattutto se si vuole evitare di ricomprare continuamente il detergente. LA MIA ESPERIENZA Dopo aver provato praticamente tutta la gamma detergente CeraVe, questa è quella che ricomprerei più volentieri. Non perché sia necessariamente "la migliore" per qualsiasi tipo di pelle, ma perché è quella che si adatta meglio alle mie esigenze. La mia pelle mista ha bisogno di una detersione che mi faccia sentire il viso pulito senza trasformare il lavaggio in un momento in cui la pelle viene aggredita. La schiuma rende inoltre l'utilizzo molto piacevole e il formato da 473 ml permette di utilizzarlo quotidianamente senza preoccuparsi troppo dei consumi. PRO: ✅ Ottimo compromesso per pelle mista. ✅ Schiuma piacevole e facile da distribuire. ✅ Non lascia, nel mio caso, una sensazione eccessiva di pelle che tira. ✅ Formula con ceramidi, acido ialuronico e niacinamide. ✅ 473 ml: formato molto più conveniente rispetto a molti detergenti più piccoli. ✅ Ne basta poco e quindi dura davvero tanto. CONTRO: ❌ Se non amate i detergenti schiumogeni, probabilmente questa non è la consistenza che state cercando. ❌ La schiuma è piacevole ma non significa automaticamente che il prodotto deterge più di un detergente che fa poca schiuma. VALUTAZIONE FINALE Dopo aver provato praticamente tutti i detergenti CeraVe, questa è la versione che sceglierei nuovamente. Per la mia pelle mista trovo che sia il compromesso migliore tra sensazione di pulizia, comfort e piacevolezza durante l'utilizzo. Non mi lascia quella sensazione eccessivamente sgrassata che personalmente non amo, ma allo stesso tempo mi dà la sensazione di aver lavato bene il viso. Il vero punto forte, però, è l'insieme: buona sensorialità, formula pensata per rispettare la barriera cutanea, poca quantità necessaria e un formato enorme da 473 ml. Non sarà il detergente più "instagrammabile" o quello con la confezione più particolare, ma dopo averne provati così tanti, alla fine mi sono reso conto che quello che cerco nella skincare quotidiana è proprio questo: un prodotto che funziona, che mi piace utilizzare e che non devo ricomprare ogni due settimane.

Ho preferito aspettare un po’ prima di lasciare la recensione, così da poterlo usare per qualche settimana e capire davvero come si comporta sulla pelle. Dopo averlo testato bene posso dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Questo è un detergente viso in gel che, a contatto con l’acqua, crea una schiuma leggera che pulisce bene la pelle. Rimuove facilmente sebo, impurità e sporco accumulato durante la giornata senza lasciare quella sensazione di pelle troppo tirata. Un aspetto che mi è piaciuto molto è la presenza di ingredienti come ceramidi, acido ialuronico e niacinamide, che aiutano a mantenere la pelle idratata, a proteggere la barriera cutanea e a dare una sensazione di comfort dopo il lavaggio. La consistenza è piacevole, ne basta una piccola quantità per lavare bene il viso e si risciacqua facilmente. Inoltre è senza profumo e non comedogenico, quindi adatto anche a pelli che tendono a produrre più sebo. Nel mio caso lo uso mattina e sera e la pelle rimane pulita e fresca senza irritazioni. In conclusione, è un detergente semplice ma molto efficace. Io sono rimasto soddisfatto e lo consiglio senza problemi a chi ha pelle normale o tendente al grasso e cerca un prodotto delicato ma che pulisca davvero bene.
