This steamer is well-designed and easy to use, although the removable basket bases sometimes remove too easily. This caused me to drop a basket while drying it and it broke. It is virtually impossible to obtain a replacement. Braun UK and France don't sell the item so don't have spares. Braun Germany will only dispatch spares to an address in Germany! The German company who sold me the steamer via Amazon have been more than helpful trying to resolve this problem, but anyone planning to buy this item should be aware of the impossibility of obtaining spares.
