I've been taking supplements for 20 years. Hands down the best UK supplement brand and this is a great multivitamin. the dosages are right, the quality is strong and i simply feel better.

Into my 4th week (2nd pack) so early days but signs are good, not feeling tired or sluggish after sleep, even noticed my skin seems better. All seems positive so will definitely carry on and see how things go.

I've bin on them for a month now and i feel fantastic, they have turned me into a different person so full of energy and just feeling great in myself thank you👍💪

Incredible product and great ingredient profile only and I literally mean the only issue is the very high Iron content. 20mg when you include protein shakes, food intake etc it can push you over 45mg which over time can be dangerous. Just have to work around maybe take half the dose a day 2 tabs instead of 4. Otherwise I honestly cant fault the product

Item received in good condition in a branded pouched. The product looked good and the packaging in decent too with lots of important information on there. I always like to up my vitamin and supplements game when we approach winter and this year was no exception. I like the fact that these are a higher dosage than most and appear packed full of goodness. With the word DEFENCE written in bold on the packaging this gave me some hope it would keep colds and illness away at least whilst taking them. Unfortunately that wasn't the case and about half way through taking them I developed a cough, cold and sore throat. I understand that this cant stop me getting sick however I have been pretty rough for a couple of weeks and only just start to feel better now. I dint feel they did anything to give me any better defence against winter colds and equally haven't aided me very much in recovery either. You would think with the extra vitamins going in would help but I just didn't see any evidence of it at all. I was taking the recommended dosage of four tablets per day and split them morning and evening. It might work for others but for me I just have not seen the benefit.
