GREAT for Golfers Elbow (or Tennis Elbow)
THIS little power twist bar is AWESOME! I got it to correct a painful neverending golfers elbow issue. nothing else worked for MONTHS except THIS silicone bar! my grip strength also improved. in 10 days, I now am 90% PAINFREE, doing 20-25 flexes 3 times a day; painfree now even when playing tennis (I now use a flex elbow brace also); im SO PLEASED i got this and recommend it to anyone whos got tennis elbow/golfers elbow and follow the instructions for YOUR particular issue. I cant believe its improved so much so FAST!

Great product, delivered quickly and did the job
Delivered quickly with great exercise instructions. Was easy to use, provided a great range of strengths to help me choose the correct flex bar for increasing strength and reduced pain of tennis elbow. Products were high quality, easy to hold onto and seem like they will be very durable over time.

If you have golfer's elbow, BUY THESE! You'll thank me later.
These bars are an absolute game changer!!! After dealing with severe golfer's elbow pain for over a year, not being able to fully extend my arm, not getting any relief with ultrasound guided cortisone shots, and being told by my orthopedic doctor that I may need surgery, I came across these bars and decided to give them a try. I honestly didn't hold out much hope, but figured, "what do I have to lose"? When I first started using the 6lb bar, I thought I'd never get to the 25lb bar. I was in so much pain when I started, but pushed through and did the exercises every other day. In only a short month of use, I can honestly say I've graduated up to the 25lb!!! It's amazing seeing yourself getting stronger everyday, and finally be able to do normal activities again without screaming in pain (like just pushing/pulling the car door shut). And my grip has definitely improved as well. I'm so thankful for this product! Got this for my wrist problem. Nice selection of different weights. Works as intended, good tool to have handy for wrist/forehand exercises.
