Excellent Product
I purchased this to make juice from fruit instead of buying a separate juicer. I am so glad I did that as this makes my job so much easier and quick. The cleanup is easy also.

Worth it
The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble and take apart for cleaning. Worked well with strawberries and watermelon. Much easier than hand straining like I had been.

Worth every penny!!!!
The media could not be loaded. I know the video is long, but it walks through all the steps. Cleaning everything was SUPER easy with the exception of the filter. I soaked it and used the “toothbrush” thing and it did clean up pretty easily after that.

Great for juicing large quantities
The media could not be loaded. A half dozen times a year I juice fruits in large batches and this juicer attachment for my Kitchen Aid is going to make the process much easier. The attachment is easy to setup, it’s easy to process fruit through it and most of the cleanup is easy enough as well. As a bonus the collection of the leftover skins were packed with nutrients and the perfect addition for our outdoor composter.I tested out the unit with apples and grapes. For the apples I did a rough chop so they would fit in the chute and for the grapes only a quick removal of the largest main stems. Originally I thought the red silicone catch basin was big and not really needed. As it turned out it was helpful with where to put scraps as I was prepping and then later as the extracted skins were pushed out the basin can be rotated around as a spot fills up.The chute and the food pusher are both oval in shape so you have to make sure to hold the pusher in the correct orientation in your hand to line up with the chute. I’m not sure why both weren’t round which would have been a little easier. The silicone cone where the juice comes out doesn’t feel as though it attaches very well to the housing but it never came off while using so it works. I wish the length of the lock piece was about an inch longer so there would be more space for a larger juice collection cup. I was using a 20 ounce glass so plenty big enough for daily use but for larger batches the room for a bigger container would be helpful. I was concerned the lock piece where the extracted skins come out would be challenging to clean because the hole seems small but a quick burst under the faucet was all it needed. The lock piece does hold water after cleaning so it needs to be rotated around a couple of times to drain thoroughly. The mesh strainer takes a little more work to clean but a brush is included to help out and I wouldn’t want the holes in the mesh to be any larger.I store each of my Kitchen Aid attachments in stackable shoebox sized plastic containers so storage takes up less space than buying individual machines. This juicer attachment stored away quite nicely. I enjoyed the simplicity of setup and the ease of use and cleanup of this juicer attachment. I’m most excited to use it this October when I have 7 gallons of grapes to process.
