I have and still use this same product in a .45 caliber. I needed one in 40 since I trade off every week with 45 and 40 HK USP compact pistols. Both function the same and use the same holsters. Unfortunately, here in California I can't readily buy live ammo, so I train with this laser. It really helps with draw time, target acquisition and I train every week. I have already saved money by not buying live ammo.

Wow. Customer service is amazing. I was nervous spending money on a cheaper laser cartridge. But wanted to do some product testing. Bought the .380 and .40 along with their reactive target. The .380 fit snuggly into the chamber and held a perfect zero out of a Ruger LCP. The first .40 cartridge did not hold zero, point of impact was significantly high and right from the point of aim out of a S&W M&P .40. I chalk this up to a loose fit in the chamber. After a few trigger pulls this cartridge remained on at all times and I had to remove the batteries and begin a return. The seller sent me a replacement, a letter, and prepaid envelope to return the product. My mind is blown. I will purchase from them again because of customer service alone. Now the second .40 cartridge appears to be functioning properly. The point of impact is still off but its not so far off that it can't be used. Their reactive target is phenomenal for sight alignment and trigger control drills. I intend to purchase both the .45 and 9mm next. I hope they continue with this level of customer service. I feel confident purchasing from them again.

At first not happy, impact off. Cleaned my 40, lightly oiled O-rings, and recentered o-rings. Point of impact improved! Tried after 10 rounds and o-rings came off. With clean gun works great, in easy, out easy. Greatly improved my effectiveness. Our shower curtain is covered in moose and bears, super practice, it improved my sight picture, grip and both single and double action trigger control. Paid for itself 10x. Seems to work in my son’s 10mm also, can’t say for how long.

This product is relatively accurate and fits in most 40 cal weapons. Would recommend

I ordered a laser target to go with this, but it's not really needed. I can see the quick flash of the laser and see if it's pulled or steady. This is a great tool. I learned I can "shoot from the hip" right handed, but NOT left handed. But, now I can get better with my left, cheaply. I learned my sights on my new pistol are dead on, without firing a shot. Now, I just need to see if the rounds fired also match up with point of aim.

Allows me to practice cold shot serval times a day. Has saved hundreds of dollars in ammo. Was able to watch the sight and laser point on trigger pull and improved my finger position to reach a neutral position. Great value.
