Keffiyeh Shemagh Arab Head Scarf Turban Head Wrap

It was the perfect simple little accessory for my son's Arabian Nights Prom! Tie it like you would your head scarf at night and just tuck the ends in the back within itself.. Super easy to do... He looked gorgeous without it, but it definitely helped to emphasize the theme... The scarf is long, cotton like feel, and has a simple pattern to it... It's lightweight and he didn't feel hot in it (the temp was only 67° tho)... Also because it's so long, you wanna fold the scarf in half but diagonally.. Meaning like a triangle.. When you place it in your forehead, pull it down about an inch as if you're gonna cover your eyes.. Then flip it upwards and start to roll one side at a time (or both if you can) That little flip is what helps it lock in itself.. It at only $10 so well worth the price.. He did have a couple snags on it when he came home.. But that's cause he took it off and was swinging it around while dancing.. Hey, it was prom lol.. Hope this helps! I recommend it!

Now, I don't know if you've already done some deep diving or not, but buckle up if you haven't: there's a secret war going on about amazon's keffiyeh supply. This sounds absurd, I know, but there's a startlingly large amount of them listed without any mention of the polyester fabric being used instead of a cotton weave. This isn't inherently bad, if you're expecting it. This keffiyeh is the real deal. It's a red and white scarf with a pattern woven and died intot he fabric for real, and is surprisingly able to keep your head cool and protected from the sun, while also being able to insulate from a mild chill. There's not a lot to say here, I was expecting something much less quality. It's not a thick, rugged one like you'd get from some, but it's excellent for summer wear.
