Perfect Rice 1-2-3 every time
The media could not be loaded. Best rice cooker I’ve owned cooks perfect rice every time and is easy as 1, 2, 3 with the cups that come with the cooker. Cleaning is a breeze the compact square design makes it easy to store and the heat dissipates through the back of the cooker. 10/10 recommend this is the best rice cooker I’ve ever owned and I’ve tried many.

Easy to use and clean. Read the instructions.
Works as advertised. It took longer to cook brown rice than I expected - about 45 minutes when following the recipe which I think called for three measuring cups of rice. Next time I won't use as much rice as called for in the recipe. It is easy to clean and use. I like the ceramic coating of the inner pot. It seems well made. Be sure to unplug it when done as it will continue to heat (warm) if left plugged in. I'm looking forward to trying more recipes.

The rice robot is multi-use.
Works as advertised. Good price. The first thing I cooked in it was pasta for Mac & cheese. Have paper towel handy to wipe up when cooking pasta. I made some really awesome homemade Mac & Cheese in it. It also slowly reheats soups and stews really well. I haven't made rice in it yet. Small size for 2 or three people. Works great for my purposes.

Decent cooker but cheap plastic
It was a good rice cooker while it lasted. I used it probably around eight times before I noticed something loose inside of it and it was driving me crazy. I try to unscrew it and take it apart to see what was inside and there was a loose piece of plastic inside. Putting it back together was harder than I thought due to the Cook/ warm switch. I ended up destroying the entire rice cooker and dismantled it because of the loose piece of plastic inside. It would have been fine if I would have just left it alone other than that it was a good cooker and I really enjoyed it but to buy another one for $40 well I'm having a hard time wrestling with that. I believe that it is definitely overpriced and does not need to be a $40 appliance.

I'm not a fan of the warmer feature.
I had to try this rice cooker 3 times to see if it was defective or if I was not doing it right. My experience the first time resulted with the bottom of the rice was just starting to turn brown, not crispy but I believe it was headed that way. It cooked the rice well except for the bottom. Please keep in mind that I left it in the warm position for about an hour. I got the same result the second time using my cooking/warmer method like the first time. The third time I included a step that I skipped the first two times witch was rinsing the rice first. I really can't tell if that made a difference. Also, I paid attention to how long it took to cook (about 23 minutes) and I didn't let it stay on the warmer. I unplugged it right away and got, in my opinoin, nice rice. I loved the price as it was a little more than half the price of the next cheapest one I found. If I had a choise between the warmer and a bell to let me know it finished cooking, I'd go for a bell and let it shut off completely when cooking was done.
