I take shilajit every day. I’d been reading about it and my friend started it. She said I need to try it - now I know why.I take mine first thing in the morning. I love this packaging and form. I swallow them whole and travel with them so much more easily than the resin. I've tried three different brands and this is the brand that works for me! Back in 50ies of 20th century it was in abundance in Eastern Europe, my grandma was taking it all her life, lived to 88, it was used for every possible cure, especially for bones and joints. We used to call it youth elixir. It came to Americas not too long ago but is still underestimated on benefits. I am happy I found it again and will not stop taking it.

They are very small in size and easy to take if they get a little soft simply put them in the fridge. I have paired them with some pro/pre biotic they have had an amazing effect on helping reduce my gut.

It came opened, I’m not sure why or if it’s even safe to take. Bummer, I was excited to try them. 😕

I am loving this product. So far it has cleared my head to where Im able to focus more clearly and intently on tasks. Meditation has also been heightened since I began taking this daily.
