This is one of the better cameras I have had in the last 2 years, I like to have one for my windscreen and one for the rear of my car. This camera has been moved to the front view camera as the video quality is really good. The design of the product is 4 stars as the buttons feel and look a bit cheap but this is made up by the excellent video quality.To be honest the design doesn’t have much impact in my car as it’s hidden behind the rear view mirror.The fact that this camera comes with an sd card takes a lot of the inconveniences out of having to buy one for an extra £10 then waiting for it to arrive a couple days after the camera normally!The camera comes with a very long power cable which I have hidden in all of the trim from my centre console up to the rear view mirror with about 50cm to spare.Overall an excellent camera at a very good price with an sd card included. What’s not to like?

I have had this dashcam for a few months now and its alright for what it is. The unit is made from metal and I have noticed that during the hot summer, the sun heats it up considerably. Once the unit completely froze up, I think it was because it got too hot. However, if its positioned strategically the cars aircon helps cool it down.The menu system and using the buttons is a bit of a fine art and takes a while to get used to. there is a wide array of settings. I've set mine to have the screen on for 3 minutes then it turns off (the screen, not the unit). I find this to be a really useful feature as I don't need to see it recording, if i'm driving along. I still haven't found out how to keep the WDR feature on as a default which is frustrating especially as the menu navigation is awkward. I am disappointed with the picture quality. certainly not what I would deem to be Full HD 1080p as the unit suggests. I have set the resolution to be the 1080 option. Numberplates are not readable for the car in front. but you can see whats going on if you wanted to review an accident etc. the camera came with a 16Gb card and the unit can be set to loop record. I've got it set to 5 minute files. each file is up to 500Mb in size. This perplexes me because the quality is gash for a file that size.I've had 1 instance when the software took a fit. I just unplugged it and let it drain out the battery - which doesn't last very long at all - and it worked fine ever since. I've had 1 instance where it didn't recognise the SD card was inserted. I just formatted the card on the computer and it worked again.Overall I think that now I've seen and understood the importance of having a dashcam in the car, I will be looking to invest in a product that captures better quality video.. but as a starter for 10 its worth a punt.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Excellent dash cam.i was amazed to see that the body of the dash cam is actually in a steel like material, very resistant and well made.Great combo of this dash cam is that it come with an SD card and an sd card reader (plus the rest of the things needed for the dash cam), check my video.The image is vey clear and works really good during night time.It also has a mode that if you have an accident, it will lock the file automatically.Is really a great investment as my insurance company lowered my insurance if I had a dash cam.This one is super recommended.

I bought this dash cam based on the customer reviews. It won't always pick up that the sd card is inserted, and it is constantly freezing up. You can't see the screen if it's in anyway dark. I have had several different dash cams that were much cheaper and better all round.

Arrived on time, packed well and does everything as advertised only reason it hasn’t got five stars is the screen holder keeps falling off the screen which can be a problem when driving

initially quite good but constantly locks up, and didn't function correctly during a driving incident, could not recommend nor rely on it.
