omg I needed this so bad. Got a short haired rescue pup in Dec 2023. But he does shed, and now he wieghs 80 pounds, and is scared to death of water. My living room smelled like dog. Been taking my Bissell hose to vaccume my couch and cushions. Yes there was improvement. BUT OMG this tool worked like magic on my sectional and cushions, with my existing Dyson, so light wt, and sucked so much dirt up besides the hair... This is a going to save my expensive sectional.

I got this to help me tackle the massive amounts of pet hair that quickly accumulate in my home from our cat and or dog, and it has proven to be quite helpful!! This is the BEST when I don't want to haul out my floor vacuum to do the whole deal. It works SO well, every single hair that it encounters; pet AND human, where no match for it!I am SO happy to have this attachment, I only wish it came with some way to mount it by my Dyson mount. Even if it could be mounted just to the side of the Dyson, I would be happy. Besides that, I am extremely pleased with how well this works!! I would Highly Recommend this attachment for anyone with a Dyson V6 Cordless Stick Vac, ESPECIALLY those that have a pet(s)! 💯I hope My Review has been Helpful!! 😊👍

This is nothing more than a smaller brush roller attachment. No one should expect anything else. If that’s what you need, then buy it. If you need it to do more, like vacuum feathers or hair attached to a pillowcase, this is not the product for you.

This powered mini brush head from VACEXT Store fits my Dyson V6 and is working flawlessly. I hadn't really looked for one of these powered attachments for my V6 before seeing this unit but can see immediately that it will become a much used addition. The small powered brush head package combined with the full portability of the V6 just make an awesome combination. I made use of it for cleaning some dining room chairs, my home stairs and a small area rug. That was just for checking it out tonight. Tomorrow I will tackle my wife's car, after the Dyson recharges. This double motor combination does eat power a little faster but the rewards of quicker and deeper cleaning outweigh that concern right now. Suction is good and the brush design channels debris from each end toward the center with rotation, right into the suction tube. I assume that this design is what they reference for the statement that the powered mini brush head will "increase the suction" of the V6. Using the spiraled brush as a suction turbo booster. Cool design. This is an attachment which will get used multiple times every day around here now that I have it. I am looking forward to a long lasting attachment with this attachment.

I had my doubts about this brush when I first took it out and hooked it up to my vacuum. It doesn't pivot like I’m used to with regular Dyson brush heads. And the suction is different because of the small size. However, it works great on carpets. I vacuumed my rug with my regular Dyson brush head first then this one and this got so much more up (I should have taken a picture). Also I was able to take off the wand and vacuum part of the cat trees with it as well. However, the best surprise was that I was able to vacuum washable carpets with this brush head! If you have washable carpets you know how annoying it can be to vacuum them, most of the time vacuums are too powerful and end up sucking the carpet up. With this brush head I was able to vacuum the washable carpets easily! Whoop!

Works as well as a lint roller for my V8. There's plenty of dog hair left on my couch and sometimes clumps "fall out" while I'm vacuuming the upholstery. Tried different methods of cleaning and after months of owning it, it's going in the trash

I purchases this to clean my sofa. Any time the brushes encountered a wrinkle or ever so slightly loose part of the fabric, the whole vacuum would stop like the brush was wrapped or stopped. I tried it on our chair, same issue. Totally unusable on anything not hard. Returning

I thought I had a DC59 and looked like this would work with my model but unfortunately the small pieces on the side of the circle where it attaches are keeping it from working with my model. Mine is pretty old which is probably why but I was so excited to get this attachment as I have lots of pets with lots of hair on couches and such. Will be looking for the correct one to fit my model!
