I've been taking Bilberry for a 3 year and my vision has been improving everytime I go to the eye doctor, and I'm a diabetic so watching my vision is important. I also heard it was good at helping the health of your organs, but I've yet to see those benefits.

No side effects, and cannot say these work 100% but I eyes long distance issues have not worsened within the last 10 months.

Bilberries are very similar to blueberries and are high in antioxidants. Bilberries are thought to be good for eye health and helpful against retinal degeneration. However, not very many studies have been done to conclusively prove those attributes. That said, I think this is a good bilberry powder supplement, it's got the seal of Good Manufacturing Procedures on it and all the ingredients and dosage amount listed on the label. Bilberries contain tannins so if you are allergic to tannins you should avoid this product.
