Easy to install.. or atleast watch my boyfriend install it lol worth every day I’ve spent and gained thus far giving private lessons. I love it can change from spin to still. Helps with building upper body strength. Performance is phenomenal. Win

I only just got it today, but I set it up. For me it wasn’t really that hard to set up seeing as how I’ve had poles before in the past and I’m a dancer. The package came with all pieces which I was kind of nervous about after reading. The reviews saying pieces were missing. This is just day one but so far I’m loving it. It spins smoothly. I have the option to make it static or spinning and is nice quality of metals for the price.

This seems like a very cheap pole, when installing it, it was rusty and couldn't even tighten or make loose, I cant even take it down and it bent the tools, it also keeps shift and im afraid its gonna fall over. was really upset

This pole is perfect for getting in shape, training or just a fun night with your loved one. It's very easy to assemble and once assembled it's very sturdy and can hold some weight . Amazing price and very fun to have even without my hubby here I've lost weight just pole dancing in our basement

The media could not be loaded.  I am very glad it came with an installation video. I had to watch it a few times, but it was very helpful to making sure this was done right. Which is important because you could get hurt otherwise. I believe i did it as accurate as possible; it is a tad shaking, but it is definitely durable and can hold me, and i am not the thinnest of people. I don't feel like it will fall or come loose or anything like that. It comes with extra extension pieces, to accommodate different ceiling heights. I like that you get a cover piece, to hide the extension portion too.

The media could not be loaded.  After installing this pole properly I checked to make sure it was safe to use by doing a light spin on it. The pole immediately slipped as I was expecting it to do to the fact that the slip guards/seal on the plates are worn, dry, and cracked. As I said in my video, make sure to do a check as soon as you receive your package so you can request for replacement parts. Also the directions are not clear and the only reason I was able to install it is from my prior knowledge of installing dance poles.

Bought for my girlfriend she wants to go back to exotic dancing 💃 .for know it's outside on the patio. Inside ceilings are vaulted ,so no go there. Very easy to ensemble, maybe 30 minutes 45 tops. End result is she loves it!!
