It’s so nice and lovely to have in a home/house

still waiting a reponse from sender as the treadmill I received was abviously one that had been returned (wires not in the bag on the wire, marks on the display and dent in handle when it is folded), so it is second hand not new. that said it seems to work OK although the side bars that the display sits on wobble when using.

It suits anyone up too 100kilo, it's amazing we feel... So far, we've had it a wk, easy to put together, even I could do it in half hr. Good price too, only downer is my mobile doesn't recognise the make to get the app, but blue tooth works, the speakers on the tred mill for me is not loud enough, so blue tooth is life changing. 😉🙏

It didn’t work had to return it

I’ve had to return it after a couple of weeks, it’s good for walking, the incline feature is good but it’s no good for jogging. I weigh 78kg and when trying to run at 10km it was sticking and was quite dangerous. I think you get what you pay for. It’s a shame as the size was perfect for me (narrower than a normal treadmill FYI). But quality just wasn’t there for running at any speed. Lots of feedback on the noise, I thought it was ok considering the price.

Works fine, stands stable, folds, doesn't make noise, suits its purposes, it would be nice if the speed was shown in kilometers, not just in miles

Initially the treadmill arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. I love the convenience of the fold up feature and the price was right. After a few months, I began to have issues with the belt sticking. I was able to rule out a belt/lubrication issue, so I followed up with customer service. They responded quickly, concisely and with care first offering to pay for a professional to evaluate it. Having had looked at by an electrician friend already, they then offered to send a replacement. They even invited my input on a suitable replacement. By the time a replacement was agreed upon, they had the treadmill delivered within 48 hours. I was touched and impressed by the courtesy, care and assistance the customer support team offered to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend buying from them based on their top notch customer service communication, but also their quality products.

La tuvimos que devolver, inestable, sin fuerzas, se arranca, poco manejable, encima la devolución no fue fácil, por qué ninguna empresa quería pasar a recogerla... Fue una experiencia nefasta la compra de este artículo a pesar de la ilusión con la que se compró.
