Literal quote from my 6-year-old: “Can I have another treat?” I didn’t correct him. I just handed over the second gummy like I was doing him a favor. 😂 Flavor-wise, they’re a mixed berry vibe, not too sweet, not chalky or weird like some other vitamins we’ve tried. No complaints here, and more importantly, no complaints from the tiny humans. They’ve also *ahem* helped things along in the bathroom department, if you catch my drift. We’re not in Miralax territory anymore, and that alone is worth the price of admission. Bonus points for being vegan, allergen-friendly, and not packed with sketchy ingredients. They do tend to stick together in the bottle a little (especially if you live somewhere warm), but I just give the bottle a little shake before opening and it’s fine. If your kids are picky, stubborn, or have a sixth sense for detecting anything remotely healthy, grab these. You might actually win snack time for once.

Ok taste and smells kinda weird but my picky kid will still eat it since it’s in gummy form. I was doing daily miralax for my constipated 5 year old and it was a daily battle for her to go since she had so much anxiety around it. One of these gummies daily has replaced the miralax and has kept her regular. In turn, that has removed her anxiety with pottying. These are honestly life changing and would get 5 stars if they can improve the taste.

I started my son on smartypants when he was a toddler after trying many other brands (he did not approve of). We landed on smarty pants and just level up as he gets older. He has loved all of their products we have tried so far. They taste great without any bad after taste. He can be a picky eater but keeps growing thanks to a little help from these vitamins. Highly recommend.
