I have the original V1C and the pro is a great upgrade. From the more accurate color to the dials, and it just feels more solid. Having the fill light on the front is a nice feature, but not something I use all the time.

I'm kinda in love with this Godox V1 flash. I've been a Canon flash user for years and this is so much easier and more versatile than my Canon's that I've been really enjoying experimenting with off camera flash more. Also great to use on camera.That it works seamlessly with the Godox transmitters is such a plus, a really good integrated system.The flash itself is very nicely designed and constructed, extremely sturdy and substantial feeling. The sub unit offers extra versatility, I've yet to explore everything this V1Pro can do.I do wish the battery was more affordable as I like to have extras just in case. The included battery does last well though. I have yet to need a second during a session or event. The recycle time is fast, too.I've passed my Canon flashes on to my daughter and am concentrating on the Godox line now.

I have been doing more and more studio photography so I appreciate having quality speedlights that I can work with. This Godox V1Pro fills all of my needs.The first thing I noticed upon receiving it, is that it is pretty beefy for a speedlight. But this should not be too surprising given all of its capabilities. I have tried it in several ways and it has worked great every time. I have tested it mounted to my Canon R5 with and without the sub flash. I tried it as a transmitter and connected it to a Neewer flash that I had mounted to a Godox X1R-C receiver unit and it controlled it perfectly. I also used it as a receiver unit with a Godox XProII-C transmitter unit mounted on my camera which worked great as well.I do love that the head can rotate almost 360 degrees and that the battery can be charged via a USB cord. Having the capability to shoot high speed sync is great, but best of all is the fast recycle time. It takes about a second to recycle between shots and it does it shot after shot.I know this unit is a bit pricy, but considering everything it does, it is worth the money in my opinion.

As an amateur photographer who mainly takes photos of my family and my dog, this flash is a excellent addition to my kit for portrait photography. I'm still learning to get the most out of this flash, so I'm no authority to make in-depth technical notes. I did research this speedlite before ordering, and found Wes Perry in depth review on youtube very informative. For me, just a hobbyist user, this flash not only meets my needs but gives me plenty of room to grow, experiment and hopefully acquire some new photography skills.

I have to admit I'm absolutely stunned by how well this speedlite flash works. The ETTL mode operated flawlessly with my Canon 60D, and so far I haven't needed to make any manual adjustments while shooting. The addition of a removable mini front flash unit lets you add fill lighting when bouncing the main light off of a ceiling or wall. It's a really unique feature that has a lot of potential in real-world shooting conditions, like when you need the main flash to light up a crowded room, or you want the subject to have a more diffused look.The rechargeable battery is removable and can be charged with a standard USB-C cable, so you don't have to worry about carrying a dedicated charger just for the flash. You also get a couple of gels and a very nice carrying case, with a side pocket for the mini flash unit.Honestly, I'm impressed on every level. This is a fantastic upgrade to my older speedlite. Highly recommended.

Y probé este flash con una Canon R6 y la R6 Mark II.La presentación es muy buena. Trae todo lo necesario para usar el flash y hasta unos geles, pero no imantados.La calidad de construcción la veo muy buena. La zapata la han mejorado, se ve más sólida. AUNQUE, el cabezal tiene poca resistencia. Si le pones un modificador de luz tiupo ML-CD-15 que es el globo, se cae hacia delante.Me gusta que la batería es nueva, y ahora puedes cargar vía USB-C directo sin necesidad de cargador propio. Lo cual hace que: 1) Un chisme menos 2) Al usar un enchufe de mayor W carga más rápido.Trae que puedes quitar y poner un mini flash para que te de luz frontal. Esto hay saturaciones que viene bien.Tiene un botón física para pasar el flash de manual a TTL, menos mal, al fin.EL menu y uso de flash es siempre el mismo de Godox, es decir regulero. Una auténtica pena. Llegan a poner un panel como en su nuevo disparador o AD200ProII y lo hubieran petado.Tiene luz de modelado. Aunque bueno, inservible. Es más bien u led para ayudar al enfoque.Ahora bien, consistencia de luz en ráfaga... pues ha mejorado vs el V1. Pero vs u Profoto en esto sigue siendo mejor (eso sí mucho más costoso).Dicho esto me sorprendió mucho la mejora vs el V1 normal, ahora el manos en ciertas situaciones profesionales lo veo usable.A día que estoy haciendo la review el precio es de 363€ con un 10% extra de descuento a día que hago la review.Resumiendo es un buen producto y es útil. Vamos a día de hoy calidad / precio no tiene rival, pero si le quieres dar un uso profesional MUY intensivo por que eres flashero, pues ya sabéis lo que toca. Ce flash Godox V1Pro -C est conçu pour être utilisé avec la plupart des appareils Canon.Personnellement, je l’utilise avec mon Canon EOS R100 et je l’avoue, je ne suis pas habituée à utiliser du matériel « Pro »C’est effectivement un gros plus pour mon passe-temps favori qu’est la photo.Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié avec ce flash :- Sa capacité à flasher en continu à pleine puissance jusqu’à 100 fois à pleine puissance- Il se recharge via un câble usb C mais on peut aussi y ajouter une alimentation externe (non incluse)- Sa facilité d’utilisation pour une novice comme moi grâce au mode automatique (TTL) qui ajuste automatiquement sa puissance en fonction de la mesure prise par l'appareil photo- Les différentes orientations possibles qui permettent d’avoir un flash indirect, grâce à la tête du flash qui est orientable et inclinable de 0 à 330° horizontalement et de -7° à 120° verticalementCe flash GODOX a sans aucun doute d’autres qualités qu’un professionnel de la photo saura optimiser en tout cas pour moi, il est juste parfait

Das System von Godox arbeitet ohne Probleme miteinander - für entfesseltes Blitzen optimal.Ich habe den Blitz V860 II und den V1 schon länger im Gebrauch. Nun habe ich zum testen den V1 Pro für Canon erhalten.Alle Blitze kann man miteinander verbinden und man benötigt nicht unbedingt einen Transmitter auf der Kamera, da man die Blitze als Aufsteckblitz auch als Transmitter nutzen kann, wenn man entfesselt blitzen möchte.Es handelt sich um einen Leistungsstarken Blitz und nicht um so einen schwachen Anfängerblitz, wie es manchmal auch direkt bei Canon gibt.Das runde Design vom Blitzkopf sorgt für einen gleichmäßigen und weichen Lichteffekt.Der V1 Pro ist gegenüber dem V1 größer geworden.Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass man am Pro ein Batteriepack anschließen kann. Der Akku muss aber trotzdem drinnen bleiben.Das Zubehör vom V1 passt auch alles am V1 pro. Wenn man schon magnetisches Zubehör gekauft hat, dann kann man das für den Pro nehmen bzw. kaufen. Das ist ein riesen Vorteil zu meinem V860 II. Da war noch nichts magnetisch anbringbar. Bei den runden Blitzköpfen funktioniert das wirklich einwandfrei und es macht Spaß damit zu arbeiten.V1 pro hat den neuen Akku mit der gleichen Leistung, aber man kann den Akku direkt mit USB-C laden. Das ist sehr praktisch und man benötigt keine weitere Ladeschale.Die mitgelieferte Tasche ist viel wertiger beim Pro und gefällt mir echt sehr gut!Das kleine Blitzmodul SU-1 wird vorne am Aufsteckblitz angebracht und hat den Vorteil, dass man ihn als zusätzliches Licht an der Kamera hat. Man kann also indirekt blitzen und den kleinen Blitz zum Einsatz kommen lassen um z.B. das Model noch etwas besser zu beleuchten. Einzeln den kleinen Blitz irgendwo hinstellen etc. geht nicht. Der muss auf dem Blitzgerät bleiben. Der runde Blitzkopf und der kleine Blitz sind separat ansteuerbar und somit jeweils die gewünschten Einstellungen z.B. Lichtstärke vornehmbar.Sehr interessant an dem V1-Pro ist die manuelle Taste am Gehäuse an der man zwischen dem manuellen Modus und TTL umschalten kann.High Speed Synch ist mit dem Blitz ebenfalls möglich. Das war bei den anderen Blitzen auch schon möglich. Normalerweise hören die Blitze bei 1/250 auf - damit kann man bis zu mehreren tausendstel immer noch blitzen.Wie man erkennt - ich kann nicht wirklich etwas Negatives sagen, da ich ein "Godox-Kind" bin - ich habe damals einen bezahlbaren Blitz gesucht und mich bewusst als Anfänger für Godox entschieden. Ich habe es nie bereuht und es werden weitere Produkte von Godox sicherlich hinzukommen.Eine Anleitung wird wie immer nicht auf Deutsch mitgeliefert. Diese wird im Internet über bestimmte Fotohändler allerdings als Download zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich ziehe keinen Punkt ab, da dies mittlerweile sehr leicht zu finden ist.

The media could not be loaded. Ho aspettato un po' prima di poter fare questa recensione, questo perché ho voluto testare quanto più a fondo e per quello che mi serviva questo flash Godox. Non nascondo che il primissimo approccio si è rivelato un pochettino deludente, ma solo quando lo ho avuto tra le mani e prima di metterlo in funzione. L'ho trovato più leggero e con un design di tasti e monitor un po' più piccoli di quelli di altri modelli di altre marche che sono il mio possesso. A lasciarmi ancora più in interdetto quel buco che presente su due lati che serve ad accogliere la batteria.Fortunatamente ogni dubbio e perplessità sono stati fugati quando ho iniziato a testarlo e ancora di più quando l'ho messo sul campo per realizzare tutta una serie di scatti che mi sono serviti per lavoro e dove il suo apporto si è rivelato decisivo per un ottimo risultato. Una delle tante funzioni presenti in questo flash che mi è stata più utile è stata la compatibilità con il sistema di trasmissione C che mi ha permesso di poter utilizzare altri due flash di altre marche che adottano lo stesso sistema in simultanea. Volendo avrei potuto utilizzarne anche un altro, ma per il tipo di lavoro, in quanto potenza di luci ero più che coperto. Ho utilizzato con soddisfazione anche per altri lavori su fotografie macro questo sistema di trasmissione, e ho apprezzato molto molto la possibilità in questo caso di poter usare il flash godox per poter illuminare bene grazie alla presenza della luce pilota che si è rivelata decisiva nella messa a fuoco sempre difficoltosa quando si utilizzano tubi di estensione e diaframmi molto chiusi.In quanto a potenza di luce emessa davvero nulla da eccepire ho dovuto ridurre addirittura la potenza emessa perché avrebbe bruciato le alteluci.I tempi di ricarica di questo flash sono risultati davvero impressionanti, a piena potenza 1/1 è pronto in poco più di un secondo diminuendola garantisce scatti continui e veloci. Anche la batteria si è rivelata all'altezza l'ho caricata quando ho ricevuto il flash e nonostante abbia già svolto una serie di lavori alcuni intensivi finora risulta pienamente carica. A proposito della batteria, nel kit si riceve un caricatore originale insieme naturalmente alla cavetteria, la cosa interessante del sistema di ricarica di questa batteria e che oltre a poterlo fare dvia cavo, la batteria stessa è dotata lateralmentee di una porta USB type-C che ci permetterà di caricarla velocemente in caso di emergenze anche collegandola oltre che a un alimentatore esterno a un Power bank.Personalmente non uso molto il sistema TT L, sono quello che verrebbe definito un fotografo old School dovendo usare più flash preferisco gestire la luce personalmente usando il sistema manuale. Anche in questo il godox V1 si è rivelato più che apprezzabile la possibilità di variare la quantità di luce in maniera molto precisa mi ha permesso di poter gestire una serie di ritratti dove in alcuni punti del volto la luce sarebbe dovuta apparire come una "pennellata", anche qui ha segnato il punto non deludendomi. Mi sono divertito ad usare più per test che per reale necessità il sub-flash staccabile SU-1, che si è installato velocemente, un'idea davvero smart quella di poter usufruire di questo flash accessorio per l'illuminazione frontale utilizzando la lampada principale per la luce di rimbalzo. I risultati non mi hanno deluso ma non nascondo che dovrò studiare un pochettino più a fondo come gestire l'interazione tra le due luci.Anche se può sembrare una fesseria non mi è affatto dispiaciuto lo switch presente sul lato sinistro per la commutazione da TTL a manuale, molte volte per foto sul campo e per scelte improvvise o scatti imprevisti è necessario commutare scegliendo tra i due sistemi, stare a cercare il menù pigiando i tasti a volte fa perdere tempo prezioso con questo switch il cambio di sistema risulta immediato. Non ho ancora provato il sistema Hight Speed Sinc, le mie sono foto più da studio e meditate, con la bella stagione però non mancheranno occasioni in cui dovrò bloccare acqua e gocce su ritratti di ragazze dai capelli fluenti. In quel frangente sicuramente proverò questo sistema che già con altri flash si è rivelato utilissimo. Ultimo appunto sul sistema di gestione di tastini e monitor sul dorso, dopo averlo ampiamente testato devo dire che ho cambiato opinione, si è rivelato comprensibile e accessibile già dei primi momenti di utilizzo, forse l'unico appunto che mi sento di muovere è sulla rotellina di gestione che per le mie manone è un po' troppo piccola, personalmente l'avrei preferita di dimensioni più ampie.FUN FACT: Durante una sessione di ritratti ho voluto provare per curiosità una lente con attacco K ma che quindi aveva bisogno della mia vecchia Pentax K3, volendo evitare di cambiare tutto il sistema luci ho provato a collegare questo flash sulla slitta della Pentax, con stupore ho notato che l'attacco caldo combaciava perfettamente questo mi ha permesso di poter utilizzare, naturalmente solo in manuale e con il sincro X, non solo il flash godox ma anche tutto il sistema C ad esso collegato e con flash di altre Marche, incredibile!In conclusione questo Godox V1Pro-C è un flash davvero versatile e completo, regala una potenza di luce incredibile che sicuramente incontrerà il favore di fotografi amatoriali e pro. L'ampia compatibilità con il sistema wireless C lo eleva poi ad un prodotto di gamma alta, vi assicuro poter gestire con sicurezza e semplicità più luci ha regalato al mio lavoro qualità e un enorme risparmio di tempo.
