Excellent quality and price. Very well made, and I have used it continuosly for last three days. Very stable on three bolt on legs and lid fits well.

The incinerator was delayed but I was kept informed of the expected rescheduled delivery date. It arrived yesterday so not used yet. It was loose in the cardboard box without any protection or packaging and thankfully only the lid was a little distorted. My main concern and complaint was the jagged piece of metal on the rim of the incinerator- approx 4” long and quite lethal, I was shocked that this was packed and posted to a customer! Hopefully my photos show the problem. Luckily we had the appropriate tools to turn the metal over to make it safe to use otherwise I would be returning it! The price is less than others I’ve seen and the quality of the metal appears to be same as others I’ve bought in the past, they don’t last long but they are useful to have so I’ll continue to buy them.

Excellent service, would definitely recommend seller, we have yet to use the bin but it looks sturdy and definitely up to the job, it’s a good size glad we went for the large bin as is a good size for burning a lot of our garden stuff

Chimney pushed out of shape, had to buy a pack of nuts and bolts as one leg had a damaged un threaded nut and bolt

Great for burning sensitive material as shredding is such a laborious job

Good quality burner easy to assemble and good functions
