Good chair, comfortable only issue head rest and hand rest if only it could be more moveable it wouldve been 5stars.Great value for mkney.

I have been using this ASTRIDE Ergonomic Chair for the past one year, and overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience.The chair is comfortable for long working hours, and the back support and headrest provide good support. The build quality is also impressive. Even after one year of regular use, the chair is still in good condition and feels sturdy.The adjustable armrests, height adjustment, and reclining features are very useful for maintaining a comfortable sitting position. I especially like the ergonomic design, which makes a noticeable difference during long hours of work.Overall, I would say this is a comfortable and value-for-money ergonomic chair. After using it for a full year, I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a good office chair for everyday use.

The chair is good

I bought this ergonomic chair from Astride yesterday and assembly was easy for me. I liked the ergonomic design and the seat cushioning which is firm and helpful in lower back pain issues because I am having disc bulge issues. Sitting is comfortable and lumbar support is decent as well given the price. Adjustable handrest and headrest works fine, gas lift also with lock and unlock features for recliner. Packing was smooth and well maintained, on time delivery as well. One of the handrest is just a little bit of loose but that's not a major issue, works fine. Minor dust mark on the seat which is understood. Overall it's a good purchase for me in this budget.

Honest Review After 3.5 Months – Disappointed With Quality & Warranty SupportThis is my honest review after using this chair for around 3.5 months.Unfortunately, I feel this chair is not worth the price considering the build quality and my experience with it.This was the first chair of this type that I purchased, so I had reasonable expectations regarding durability and quality. However, my experience has been disappointing so far.When the chair initially arrived, there was a noticeable noise coming from the hydraulic mechanism. I contacted the warranty support team, and to their credit, they responded quickly at that time and shipped the required hydraulic parts. After replacing the part, the noise issue was resolved completely.However, after only around 3.5 months of normal use, I am now facing a much more serious issue. The seat mechanism/support underneath the cushion has broken. The quality and strength of the material used in this area do not inspire confidence in the chair's long-term durability.What is even more disappointing is the after-sales support. The product comes with a 3-year warranty, but now that I actually need warranty assistance, I am not getting a proper response to my calls or messages.When the chair was initially delivered, the warranty/support team was very eager to get a review from me. But now, when there is an actual product issue within just a few months, I am struggling to get any response from them.A chair in this price range should not develop such a major structural issue after only 3.5 months of normal use. And if a company provides a 3-year warranty, the warranty support should actually be accessible when the customer needs it.Overall, I am very disappointed with the product and the current warranty support experience. I would not recommend this chair based on my experience.
