This is my go-to powder now. I’m on my fourth one, which says everything — I don’t repurchase much of anything four times. It’s finely milled and completely invisible on the skin. No white cast, no chalky look, no settling into pores or fine lines. Just takes the shine down and leaves a soft matte finish that doesn’t look flat or powdery. The only thing I don’t love is the size — the jar is pretty small and I do wish it came in a bigger version. But you barely need any, so it still lasts a while, and for this price I can’t really complain. The upside is it’s small enough to toss in a bag.

So this stuff is kind of amazing to me?? From what I can tell, it actually does exactly what it claims to do. I’ve never tried a setting powder that stays completely matte for more than a few hours. I’ve used this a few times over tinted moisturizer (which tends to get very shiny on me) and I swear at the end of the day it looks and feels exactly as when I put it on - I mean like up to 10 hours without touching up at all. The powder itself is very very fine and dry (which seems obvious for a setting powder but I’ve found this can be hit or miss) the only thing I can think to compare the texture to is rice flour - it does not clump or stick together AT ALL which makes it super easy to apply and sweep away any excess. I don’t wear full coverage foundation really at all so maybe it looks a bit different layered on top of something heavier (especially if you have dry skin, but idk why someone with dry skin would think to buy this in the first place). A lot of brands claim to give you the “no makeup makeup” look, so I was honestly very surprised at how natural it looks, esp for the price (looking at you, Laura Mercier). Definitely worth a try !

If you are prone to an oily T-Zone, this really does the trick! However, more recently I started using it on my nose and noticed that if any of the powder somehow got in my nostril, it felt really irritated for a few days (I know it was the powder as when I stopped using it on my nose, the irritation subsided). Looks like I'll just be using this on my forehead from now on, otherwise no complaints!

This is the best loose powder for my t-zone I have ever used, and being extremely oily I have tried plenty. The texture is the finest I have ever had, it absolutely disappears into your skin. I’m very oily and pale so I can’t speak to a dryer complexion enjoying it or how much of a white cast it has but is what I’ve personally long been looking for. It’s not a miracle, if you’re super oily and wearing makeup all day you still need to blot but much less often (I can get away it only doing it once) and my makeup stays in awesome condition. Absolutely worth a try if other powders haven’t been powerful enough.

If you struggle with an oily scalp, you need this. I have incredibly greasy hair, and this powder works absolute wonders. It performs so much better than traditional dry shampoos. Plus, a little bit goes a long way, so you get great value out of it. I absolutely love it and will keep buying it!

I have acne-prone, otherwise normal skin that can get kind of oily by the end of the day-- especially after a long shift. I switched from Etude House's Zero Sebum Powder to this product, and WOW! They are quite similar, but innisfree's matte powder is MATTE-matte and adds a pleasantly weird soft feel and texture. I can still pat one of my cheeks by the end of the day and feel the gentle softness of this powder. I lightly dust this on over my skincare routine + sunscreen with both the included cushion and a powder brush, and voila! I am ready for my makeup. It does not leave a white cast, but it should be noted that I have a light-medium skin color with neutral-cool-olive undertones. Love this product. 10/10, would recommend.

It is good. With just one application it gives matte effect. It doesn’t have talc. It leaves a nice finish. The tiny size is my biggest issue. It gets over in under a month. Not fair at all. Not justified either. Major downside. Not worth at all considering you have to buy one almost every month if using regularly.

This products works better as a quick fix for oily hair and reduces the look of oily and shiny skin. Good product

I’ve been using this since high school and somehow it’s been over 10 years now 😂 I’ve tried cheating on it with other powders, but I always come back. Nothing works as well for me. It keeps my skin looking smooth, helps with oiliness, and never feels too heavy. This is truly my holy grail powder and I refuse to switch!

Very small packaging, very inconvenient to use...

This is my favourite face powder as a combination skin type. It sets make up down beautifully and gives a lovely mattifying effect. Throughout the day my oils will come through slightly, but it stops my foundation from breaking down and lifting coming off. This powder also comes in a compact form which I keep in my bag for on the go. I will note that this product will leave a slight white cast if you use too much. Im quite fair so this doesn’t bother me, but I’m not sure how it would fare on a darker skin tone. This is currently my go to face powder, and I’ll continue to repurchase! There are a couple companies that do similar powders, but this brand works best for me.
