Great product but be aware
Why did you choose this product over others?:brought the party be.am light to go with my partybox 710, great light and as described. however this will NOT sync with the 710 due to compatability issues with JBL. seems this is only compatable with the newer version of the party box. shame really as I really liked the unit and would have been a great addition to rest of the JBL set up

Great for Karaoke!!!!! But be aware…
These are perfect for the JBL partybox Encore ESSENTIAL. If you have a standard Encore then you will need to get an adapter for the jack.

There is no battery, only from the outlet.
A good product of good quality, I recommend it to everyone, but it has one drawback: it does not rotate automatically vertically and horizontally; you need to adjust it manually yourself, and there is no remote control controller in only one mode.
