The FreezeZit gel pack and pouch can be used on both the face and body. It helps significantly soothe and reduce the appearance of acne and spots. The supplied pouch can be washed at low temperatures and features a handy elasticated strap. To use the pouch first cool the gel pack and once cooled place the pouch onto the area you would like to treat. Hold the pouch onto your skin for up to 10 minutes. The pouch can be used as many times daily as required. Instructions for use: 1. Remove the gel pack from the pouch and place in a freezer for 20/30 minutes. 2. Once cooled remove the gel pack from the freezer and place back inside the pouch. 3. Place the pouch onto the desired area and hold in place for up to 10 minutes. 4. Repeat this process for as many times as required. The gel pack can also be chilled in a fridge.
