This is a great item if you could get it on and off without hurting yourself.The LARGE/x/LARGE IS ONLY MARKED LARGE ON LABEL.It would be great if they made an EXTRA LARGE PROPERLY BECAUSE MY WRISTS ARE REGULAR AND FOUND GREAT PAIN GETTING ITEM ON AND OFF WITH MY OSTEO ARTHRITIS.

Sleep
I have carpal tunnel and was struggling to sleep because of the effects of the problem. I purchased the brace and I rarely wake up with the same issue. I sleep a lot better .

Dire instructions
This is basically a wrist strapping to keep it immobile. In my case for Carpal Tunnel syndrome. There is no guidance at all on the important things for a medical device: how to ascertain good fit; how to ensure correct tightness; how long to use for each day: how many days or weeks before improvement should be evident. It is also quite uncomfortable across the thumb and is creating numbness across the back of my left hand after wearing it for an hour or so.

Got a nod from the physio
My dumb donkey butt self fell asleep on the floor, whatever way I was sleeping I woke up with no power in my hand at all. I thought it was just sleeping, but nope. Hand was floppy on day 1 so i ordered this splint, got it on day 2. NHS got me an emergency appointment with the physio on day 3, apparently I have radial nerve palsy. I hate myself. The reason I got this is due to my low body fat, apparently I'm more at risk of putting pressure on the nerves with no fat to protect them. I bought the small size and it fits me perfectly, but if your a little bigger than thin, then it'll fit too, there's enough room between straps. Physio gave this splint a nod and decided I wouldn't need professional splinting because this is exactly the type they'd use. I've just ordered another one because I'll likely be like this for 3-6months. Pray for me and definitely purchase this splint.
