2 Pack of Linear MCT-11: 1-Channel Visor Transmitter

I ordered a pair of the Linear openers for my garage door and they work perfect. 6 weeks after purchase I went to push the button on my one remote and the metal clip the holds it to my sun visor snapped (the metal itself broke). It isn't the end of the world because the remote obviously still works, but it's annoying that without a way to affix the remote to my visor it's now loose in my car. I called Linear and they offered no solution and advised me to call Amazon. I spoke with Amazon Support and while they were willing to extend a one time return as a courtesy, I would have to pay return shipping. In the end I think I'm just going to deal with the broken clip, it would be nice to see a company stand behind its products a bit more, a metal clip should last longer than 6 weeks. Additionally the temperature has been temperate here over the last 6 weeks, in the 50's, so it isn't like the item was subjected to extreme cold or heat.

Had programmed to my garage door opener in less time than it took to type this sentence!Tried a different universal brand first and about pulled my hair out trying to program it. Never did work. I have a Linear garage door opener so I tried these. Super easy to program. Would highly recommend.

Bought these for my girl friends garage opener. She had lost the ones that came originally when the garage door opener was installed, which obviously was a Linear opener. They worked flawlessly. All that was needed to program was to hit the 'learn' button on the opener, and then hit the remote button. Couldn't be easier.

So whilst the remotes worked as advertised, one of the metal retainers broke in half 1 month after installing on a sun visor. I wish I could tell you that we took it on and off 79 times and that was the reason it broke. I have not contacted Amazon nor the manufacturer. I know that I will just get another metal clip that will break in short order. I will have to devise a different retainer.

with my Linear garage door opener, these remotes were very easy to program. also these remotes are about half the size of the original.

I bought a few off brand remotes and they never connected. This set connected instantly!!! Super easy to connect to my garage! I definitely recommend! *Tip: If you have a Linear garage door system. Do not buy any of the no name brand or universal remotes. It is a waste of money and a waste of time!!! Just buy the Linear name brand. These are not even that more expensive then the generic brands. Just pay the extra $3-$4 and save yourself a headache!!!

Great remotes and great value. I only had one remote for my garage door, which is the only way in and out of my garage. Bought these as spares, so I could leave one in the car and one in the house. I have zero mechanical skills, but I watched a YouTube video and was able to program both remotes in just a few minutes. Great product, thank you!
