Congealed serum but no refund!
I can't get the serum out of the bottle. It has congealed and is completely stuck in there - BUT apparently it's not eligible for a return?! I've been given a faulty product but there's no way to get my money back? This is wrong on so many levels.

Not Sure if it's working after six months
I stopped using the scalp stimulant because it had mold growing on the inside. Other than that I'm not seeing much change after six months of use.

Not effect product and a waste of money. you have to use tow types. put first one than after 30 minuets you have to put second one. Just lost time and money and any effect
