Knife was alot bigger then I expected but I love this knife. Very sharp and weight is great. Heavy knife but very well made and balance. Cuts through everything like a machete or axle. Plastic shealth or holster for knife is well made and holds knife very well. As long as ur not being stupid the knife stay in. One thing I wish is that the holster of the knife had a lock in feature but besides that its an amazing knife and I want another one but dont need it because the one I have will last a life time !!!!

This might have a small grip for some but for people who have small hands it works great. I like the grip and the sheath is nice as well. Even in water the grip holds well. It has good blade thickness and balance to it and so far it’s held its edge. Good knife.

The knife is held in the sheath only by two small nubs at the top of the sheath. I am unable to adjust the distance between these to possibly increase the tension to hold the knife firmly in it. A little shake and the knife falls right out. It came really sharp and the weight is good, but not for survival or camping. The handle is a bit on the smallish side and my hand feels cramped when I wield it, and I'm fairly sure it would be very uncomfortable for folks with large hands.

Heavy duty, well built and sharp. I keep it hanging inside my camper access door for campsite tasks from food prep, field dressing small game, and Fish. It gets a lot of useful bushcraft projects and fire building chores. When trekking, its with me as my silent backup plan. When ever I leave camp, it’s near my right hand always. It sleeps under my pillow at night.

I’ve put this tanto through its paces, and while the blade geometry is great for piercing and heavy-duty tasks, the real star of the show here is the **sheath system**. Being able to swap between vertical carry for a standard belt setup and horizontal (scout) carry for better concealment and comfort while sitting is incredibly easy. It sits tight against the body regardless of the orientation, making it feel much more compact than it actually is. Most importantly, the **retention is excellent**. There is a very satisfying "click" when the knife is seated, and I’ve had zero issues with rattling or accidental deployment. Even when mounted upside down on a pack, I have full confidence that it isn't going anywhere until I intentionally draw it. not meant for real man hands, handle is toooooooo small. and i'm not a giant, i'm only 5'10" tall, and i were large sized gloves. soooooo...... maybe buy it for boyscout or your granny.

I am over all happy and satisfied with my drachenader knife it seems very well made and super sharp. What I am unhappy with is how it arrived in a box without the foam that would encase it inside the box. If this was my first knife from this company I would have assumed that’s the way it’s normally packaged but since I purchased a knife two weeks earlier and I got accustomed to how my original knife was packaged in a cut out foam that the knife fit perfect. But nope my 2nd knife was a failure in that department ☹️
