It was great! Very pretty and looked nice on my counter. I was hoping it had a steeping basket inside but it did not. If you just want the hot water to add to your cup and put the tea bag in the cup it is perfect. I prefer to brew a whole pot and put it in my travel cups to take with me. It has a much better taste when you brew by the pot. I also prefer loose tea and therefore I was hoping for a steeping basket. It is a great kettle though. I love that you could steep to the correct temperature for the tea you are making. Very quiet. Overall it was a great kettle just not what I was looking for.

It is pretty to look at but temperamental when it comes to oiling water. ! Sometimes it does other times it stays on for awhile but clicks off before boiling. I should return it but do not have the box it came in!

Bought this for my mom who is an avid tea drinker, and she loves it! Uses it many times a day, every single day. Good size and looks very nice. Well made - works wonderfully!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this electric pot for the ability to heat water at different temperatures. It was difficult to use as it did not turn on easily and required several tries to get it to work. And now, after only 6 months, it stopped working completely. Our previous kettle worked for YEARS not months. I do not recommend it.

I use it every single day! I am an avid tea drinker and the heat is perfect every single time for the type of tea I’m boiling and the strainer catches loose tea extremely well. The outside does get slightly hot so be warned but that’s when you are brewing at the highest heat

I paid for a new one and amazon sent me one that had been returned and already had a scratch on the fake metal top. It does work for now so hope it keeps working. The color is pretty pale blue as shown

The style is fine and when it worked it was great. Stopped working after 45 days, light turns on but no heat. Do not recommend.

Boil black now not working

My main problem with this kettle is that the control buttons took some getting used to. The RH button has multiple functions as 100C, ON & OFF. For instance, if you just want the kettle to boil some water and hold it near boiling, you need to press the RH button twice, then the LH button. After filling the teapot, you need a single press on the RH button to turn the kettle completely off. Another minor complaint is that the beep when it reaches temperature is weak and high-pitched - almost inaudible to me, since I'm 80+.

My kitchen is going to be blue and I can't wait to put this on the counter. The options are fantastic. I am a tea drinker so I appreciate the different temperatures. Side tip, it's also great for making bread. You can get your water to the perfect temperature for the yeast to rise. The keep warm function.. simply genius. This looks so nice and has a great feel to it. The stainless steel accents are so similar to high end brand name. If you're a tea drinker, you need this kettle.

After a year of use, this kettle is no longer able to heat up water. Very disappointed for paying this much while it won’t even last for a few years.

My sink has a filter on the cold water tap so I always fill my kettle with cold water to have filtered water. It takes 8 minutes to get the water from cold to the max boil temperature with this kettle. The buttons all work well and each seems to get to the proper temperature before stopping. It's easy to clean and there haven't been any issues. I would order this again.
